Client Reviews

I got hurt at work January 2023.  As soon as it happened, I googled workers comp lawyers and just tried to choose who seemed to work out for me.  BAD IDEA.  Said lawyer was uncooperative, never communicated with me or attempted to reach out, and made the overall experience 20x more stressful.

After a few weeks of dealing with (or not dealing with, essentially) our first lawyer, I was referred to Susan Sadow, who was an absolute godsend. From the first point of contact, Susan and Brandy made me feel extremely heard and I immediately felt like I was in the right hands.  I wasn’t just a number to them.  I felt like myself, my case and my injury, meant more than a dollar sign to them.  Any questions I had, any concerns or stresses, anything that occurred.  I knew I could rely on either of them to help.  Workers’ comp is scary enough as it is, and it’s even scarier feeling like you’re alone and confused on your next move, but Susan fought for me the entire time.  She educated me throughout the entire process, all the way through mediation and beyond.  It’s such a good feeling to know that your lawyer has your back during such a stressful time in your life. I would recommend Mrs. Sadow a million times!!

First off I would like to say thank you thank you thank you!! I was injured on the job on 4/11/23 I have never been hurt in my life and for this to be my very first accident I didn’t know what to do, what was going to happen, how was I going to support myself it was a nightmare. My friend recommended Miss Susan because his father had used her twice( and won) so I didn’t hesitate to do it. I called her while in the hospital and from that day I knew I was in good hands. She sent me to the best Orthopedic Dr.Clark who was amazing he also let me know I was in good hand like all state! Yes there will be times where you think it is over because no one wants to be hurt and unable to work. I had so many dark days but Susan and Brandy insured me that everything was going to be ok. Please listen to them they responded to every phone call and emails I sent if she missed your call best believe she will call you back. I felt safe I felt heard I felt important. Whoever is reading this I hope I gave you closer don’t discourage give them a call I promise you won’t regret it ! Thanks again.

$2.4 million settlement for Traumatic Brain Injury.

T.B., 39-year-old technician who suffered a traumatic brain injury while breaking up concrete using heavy machinery. We were able to get his claim accepted as catastrophic as well as obtain 24-hour supervision for the client.

If your reading this believe me when I say I understand the amount of worry, doubt and panic racing through your mind right now as your praying to somehow pick an attorney who will do everything in their power to make sure you don’t have to start over at 0 when you’re ready to start putting your shattered life back together again. Thank God I was able to pick the right one out of sheer dumb luck as contacting Heather Froy turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. The amount of patience, compassion & understanding she and Brandy showed me throughout my year long ordeal will never be forgotten and I will never be able to fully express the amount of gratitude and respect I have for their tremendous grace & integrity. The second best decision I’ve ever made was letting go of my fears & doubts and trusting this dynamic duo to do their jobs instead of continuously badgering them with an on slot of unnecessary emails. This decision was made after Ms. Froy, without any hesitation, advised me not to take a settlement amount she felt was not in my best interest. When I realized that she could have advised me to accept the offer to get me out of her hair as well as take home a paycheck that could easily pay for a brand new Honda Accord, any and all doubts I had regarding her motivation and intentions were erased. I can assure you Ms. Froy and her team is 110% vested in ensuring they do everything they can do to make sure you don’t have to start over from 0. Also, if Ms. Froy ever says to you “this is where I can only offer you advice,” take that advice! It is worth it’s weight in gold! I know this is probably the absolute worst time in your life right now but if your reading this please let me help you by convincing you to put your faith and trust in the very capable and caring hands of Heather Froy & Brandy Brackett, it was the best decision I’ve ever made and at the end of this upcoming drawn out, excruciating stressful battle it can be the best decision you’ve ever made too. God Bless & Good Luck!

E.S. , 43-year-old assistant store manager

I’m not even sure where to begin, I first off would like to say how great, and prompt, courtesy and professional everyone has been. Always there for those little or big, long questions I had. Always there when the stress was there for me. Heather Froy.. wow just wow pretty much sums it up. Always giving me the best advice and very quick to return my calls, always so easy to talk to. My case was a case where I hired a attorney from another firm and well let’s just say Heather got more done in 1 year than the other one got done in 3. I really had to do nothing but make it to my appointments and heal . Workers’ comp can be a very frustrating thing to deal with, but the team I had with Heather and her assistant Ange made it so awesome, even when I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with. Now that I mentioned Ange… again another wow , she must can do a thousand things at once, cause my emails were answered on the fly. And always a pleasure to talk to both Heather and Ange, what a team.

My injury was a neck related injury that was a wild ride as it was, but I was in good hands with the team at Sadow and Froy. I will always recommend them to anyone I know who needs a great attorney. Thanks to everyone at Sadow and Froy. May God Bless everyone, you will always be in my thoughts.

K.D., 62 year old manager with neck injury

Susan and her team’s dedication to my claim truly put me at ease, especially considering the unprecedented work-related injury I sustained. Hiring Susan Sadow was unquestionably the best decision I made during this difficult time. If you’re in need of a top-notch worker’s compensation attorney, look no further than Susan Sadow. She is exceptional at what she does.

Thank you, Susan and Brandy, for your unwavering support and expert guidance throughout this process.

If you are in need of a GREAT Worker Comp Attorney, please reach out to Susan.

S.G.; 35-year-old CNA who underwent back surgery

Wanted to share my first conversation with Susan Sadow regarding my work injury. I have no knowledge of Georgia’s workers’ compensation process. First, she is concise, knowledgeable, and most of all, HONEST! I filled out the online “free consultation” on her website on a Sunday. I must say their website is very informative and easy to view. Unlike other sites I viewed while searching for an attorney. I received an email notifying me that my information was received, and they would contact me by phone to discuss details further. That same day, I received a text from Susan Sadow asking when is a good time to call. I replied back “Now”! She called me within minutes. She briefly asked me a few questions and provided me with the information I needed to HELP ME. I feel confident and fortunate to have found an honest, direct, knowledgeable, and most of ALL FIERCE HONEST ATTORNEY! THANK YOU SUSAN!

M.M.; 54-year-old pelvic fracture

Susan Sadow is the best!  She is very responsive and prompt to return calls and take care of details.  Her staff is top notch.  You won’t find a better Workman’s comp attorney in the Atlanta area!!  Very pleased.

S.R.; 59-year-old warehouse worker with low back injury

Susan Sadow, Brandy Brackett and the whole office were there for me and my family. They were there the complete time, from start to finish. They answered all my questions, handled all my issues and problems, in a timely manner. Even the smallest or dumbest problem or question was taken care of.It was one of the best calls I have ever made. Susan was referred to me by a friend and I would recommend her to anyone. I will forever be thankful for Sadow and Froy!

J.H.; 53-year-old truck driver with ruptured achilles tendon

I was a client many, many years ago when WC was much different. Susan definitely had me in her best interest. She was honest and straightforward with me. Sometimes it can be a long process and I urge anyone to be patient. Yes, it can be mentally draining and don’t be afraid to talk to someone when you are mentally drained. No, I didn’t throw in the towel but I had to think how this was affecting me mentally. Was it worth me to nickel and dime or should I just move on and close this chapter in my life. I realize everyone’s situation is different, but it’s just food for thought and this was my own personal experience. Remember the employer has a set of attorneys to fight you every step of the way. Let Susan handle that for you and you focus on your physical recovery and your mental state. I hope a client out there understands what I am talking about and my words can be helpful.  There is only one of you, and you must decide what is best for you. Good luck to all of Susan’s clients.

K.W.; 45-year-old Multiple back surgeries

We are honored when our clients take the time to say thank you. Our team works hard to provide outstanding individual attention to everyone we represent, and we strive to know you as a person and not just as a case number. We are proud to serve injured workers throughout the State of Georgia.

Susan J. Sadow and Heather D. Froy would like to express our appreciation by including some client testimonials.

I would like to thank Susan and her team personally for being there for me and my family in a difficult situation.  They were upfront and honest and carried me through this situation professionally.  I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.  Again thx so much.

When I got hurt, I knew shoulder surgery was my only option. Having gone through it before with another shoulder 30 years before, I thought I’d be healed in a month. So, I only expected medical care from the insurance. I didn’t realize it’d take 7 months and I’d be out of work that long. It was the Sadow and Froy team that got me workman’s comp benefits for the 7 months. Something I didn’t even know I could get. If you’re hurt on the job, do yourself a favor and hire this team. I don’t want to bad mouth the insurance company, they did great by me, but only with Heather and Mindy staying on top of everything.

J.R.; shoulder surgery

I Would like to personally thank Susan and Brandy both for their assistance throughout this WC process. They both educated me and were there whenever I had any questions.  I would recommend anyone that has been injured on the job to seek the services of Sadow & Froy.

T.S.; 55-year-old operations manager who underwent bilateral carpal tunnel surgery.

Working with Susan has been a pleasure. She made me feel like she cared about me. Whenever I left a message for her, she would personally call me back in a timely manner and explain the situation in a way I could understand. She got me a settlement in a very short time, I was amazed and satisfied at the same time. I love her for caring about my medical issues and ensuring that my future bills will be taken care of. Susan got my husband the settlement he needed to pay his medical bills in the past, and here I am years later being a satisfied customer. I definitely would recommend her and would use her again!

I just received my settlement. Thank you, Susan. Susan and her assistant, Brandy treated me great. Ms. Susan kept me informed the whole time. Thank you Sandow and Froy, now I can start my next chapter.

T.R., 54-year-old truck driver who underwent knee surgery.

I would like to share my experience with using the Sadow &Froy law firm with anyone looking for great Workman’s compensation representation. From the first time I spoke with Heather, until the settlement day. This law team made my journey very easy. I was able to do everything through electronic filings. Brandi always responding to my phone calls in a timely manner. They made sure I received the right medical treatment. They made sure I got reimbursed for all out of pocket expenses. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case, throughout the entire process. When the doctor wanted to send me back to work, knowing I wasn’t physically able to do the job , they took care of it. If you’re looking for great representation, believe me. You won’t go wrong with this team representing you. When it’s all said and done. You will be well compensation. I’m really grateful 🙏 for everything they done for me. I will tell anyone I know looking for someone to represent them about this firm. May God bless you all.

K.W. , 49-year-old truck driver who suffered a severe back injury on the job.

Thank you Sadow & Froy for your services, in helping to resolve my case in a much quicker manner. The Staff were very professional and kept me informed about my case. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns I had, which made it easy to relieve some of my stress. Heather was never “too busy” to re-address my concerns as well. Communication is always key. Should I ever need Sadow & Froy again, I pray I will not (on a good note) they will be my 1st call. You guys are the best! Thank you for all you’ve done!

M.D., 55-year-old driver with an upper extremity injury.

Susan is a very responsive, levelheaded, caring, and amazing attorney. I enjoyed working with her on my case, it’s almost as if she is family now. I was electrocuted on the job and she helped me navigate through being injured and how workers comp works. I know I probably asked a ton of questions but she never hesitated to help or felt annoyed. Before choosing to work with her I actually looked into other workers comp attorneys but she stood out the most. I have never been injured, had surgery, or gone through such matters before, but Susan gave me a sense of comfort and confidence that she is going to get every penny she could for me. When you are dealing with workers comp you have to leave your emotions out of it and that was my hardest thing. She was by my side every step encouraging, motivating, and preparing me for what was to come with mediation. She is straight forward and that’s what you need, pure honesty. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a workers comp attorney. I am very satisfied and I enjoyed the experience working with Susan. She is top two of workers comp attorneys in my book and definitely not number two. Thanks for all that you have done for me Susan, I greatly appreciate you and everything you have done.

T.R.; 34-year-old solid waste operator with electrocution injuries.

“After a lot of stress and indecision when handling my work injury claim on my own, I knew that a true professional was needed when the case was approaching settlement. During the first few minutes of my initial phone consultation with Heather, I knew she was the right choice. A huge weight was immediately lifted from my shoulders. With timely communication, updates, and assistance from her paralegal Ange Marrone along the way, Heather Froy delivered for me in mediation and settlement outcome! You will most definitely be in the right hands when calling on Sadow & Froy to handle your workers’ comp law needs! Many Thanks!!”

“Words alone can’t express my gratitude towards you and the rest of the team for being a big help to me. I’d probably be still trying to get the help I so desperately needed if my cousin had never referred me to your law firm. Not only will I write a review for you all, but I’m going to also be sure to share your contact info with others. From the bottom of my heart, ‘THANK ALL OF YOU!!'”

The entire staff is very responsive, prompt, and extremely professional, all while being friendly and considerate. Susan’s professionalism and compassion put her in a league of her own! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had at any time during the process. Susan will be straightforward with what she promises and always over-delivers! “I was assisting my mother with her injury case and one of the things that were really giving me a hard time was that her attorney prior to me hiring Heather was never responding back, never getting back to my emails, and was never was giving me any updates. so I decided after doing much research to move forward with Heather as our attorney for my mother’s injury case. It was the best decision I ever made!! Heather was the complete opposite of the other attorney. She always made sure to update us on our case always reached out to make sure that we understood the next steps. She was so patient with us whenever we had questions and I also want to mention her great paralegal Reba who is so kind and has the most Positive spirit ever! Reba made everything so smooth for me and I greatly appreciate that because it helped so much with the weight of everything on my plate. Heather did end up helping my mom win a good amount for her future medical expenses and I greatly appreciate it. I have had so many bad experiences with attorneys just not doing their job where it feels like we’re being taken advantage of, but Heather did her job and she did it well and I truly truly from the bottom of my heart appreciate her for that. I would 100000% recommend her to everybody in the world if I could.”

“I had a work comp injury to the right shoulder. Left shoulder had a preexisting injury that was made a lot worse doing my job! Work comp flat out refused to accept any responsibility for the left shoulder. Heather took the case and made sure the insurance company took some responsibility. Work comp in GA is for the employer. Without Heather Froy and her awesome paralegal Reba Dever I would now have no job and nothing to fall back on till I get back to work! I highly recommend if you need work comp legal representation, call Sadow & Froy! You won’t be disappointed!!”

“As a fuel truck driver injured on the job and facing surgeries and a possible career-ending outcome, I found myself overwhelmed with not being sure what action I should take. The day I made that first call to Susan, all that ended. She told me what to expect, had a plan to reach my goals, made sure I was receiving as much compensation as I could through weekly checks, and even told me about compensation for things such as transportation that I knew nothing about. Today my case was settled expertly and to my total satisfaction. So glad I didn’t t try to make the journey alone!”

D.D.; 64-year-old fuel truck driver who underwent extensive cervical surgery and pain management.

“I called the firm after getting run around by my employer. Ms. Heather called me back and immediately accepted my workers’ comp case. I explained my case to her. She informed me of what I needed to do. She jumped on the case and immediately contacted a doctor and I got my appointment. Started seeing the doctor the next week. Ms. Heather and Ms. Ange stayed in contact with me weekly. Checking up on me after every appointment and surgery. Even sent me a birthday card, get-well cards, and a Christmas card. Very easy to talk to. When I tell you they were the best,I mean the BEST. I recommend them in any workers comp case. When settle time, she called me with the mediation date and time. Explained to me what will happen during mediation. In the end, she got me a very very good settlement. So much that the mediator was even shocked at my MSA amount & guideline. He said he never mediated a case where the guidelines of the MSA were as mine. So, thank you Heather Froy, Ms. Ange, and Sadow & Froy Law Firm. Even after my settlement was over, they still keep in contact with me. The BEST Attorneys in Atlanta.”

A.M.; 42-year-old load sorter who suffered bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome with two subsequent surgeries.

“I tore my rotator cuff on the job and was getting the run around from my employer. I recalled that my brother had used Susan Sadow for his workers’ comp case so I gave her a call. It was truly the best decision I could have made. Susan made sure I got the care that I needed and ANY concern that I had she addressed it immediately. I also had the privilege of working with some of her team Brandy and Elizabeth they were amazing. They were always there to assist with anything either by phone, text, or email. If you have a workers’ comp case and looking for the BEST I highly recommend giving Susan a call. You will be glad that you did.”

L.N.; 40-year-old bakery clerk with shoulder surgery.

“Heather was recommended to me by a friend who is also an attorney. During our initial conversation, Heather was both knowledgeable and empathetic, making me feel that someone finally had my best interests at heart and would go to bat for me. Upon retaining Heather as my attorney, she and Reba took care of EVERYTHING promptly and competently. My situation was not a straightforward one but Heather managed to negotiate a settlement a good deal greater than the original offer made by the insurance company. I highly recommend Heather without reservation!”

S.K.; 46-year-old therapist who suffered a severe head injury after being assaulted.

“Although I can’t get into the specifics of my case, I will say that Heather and her assistant, Reba, were angels heaven-sent and assisted me throughout my entire case that lasted for almost a year. I was very well educated about the Work Comp process and all the paperwork details, therapy and so much more. All my fears, worries, concerns, etc were put to rest as Heather took on the responsibilities and duties so that my family and I didn’t have to be concerned. I hope this helps you make the best decision about hiring her as your attorney.”

M.W.; 39-year-old driver who suffered a serious injury to her right foot when it was crushed by a pallet jack.

“In the throws of the pandemic and a pending disastrous workers compensation claim I was struggling with appropriate medical care and was NOT familiar with WC In’s and outs. After a year of trying to muddle through I knew I needed representation to assist me with my claim involving multiple repetitive injuries of multiple body parts. I have to say Susan Sadow saved the day!! She guided me through this process and made everything sensible, gave me great peace of mind knowing my medical/surgical needs were always met! The outcome of my claim would never have been as great had I continued on my own. Susan and her staff made everything work in my favor always with superb communication and respectful inquiries. I cannot stress enough to anyone who is involved in a WC claim to seek her representation. It’s too involved and not as cut and dry as the adjusters, employers or insurance representatives want you to believe. Please…never, ever hesitate to call her if you were injured at work. You deserve experienced and utmost professional representation.”

B.M.; 57-year-old dog groomer with shoulder, elbow and hand injuries.

“I really enjoyed Ms. Froy on my workers’ compensation case. She and her team did extraordinary work on my case I am very satisfied thumbs up to your whole crew. I will fully recommend you to anybody that needs legal help. Thank you so much again, good job!”

J.E.; 44-year-old unpacker who suffered head, neck, and back injuries after a beam fell and hit him on the head.

“I am a 22-year old that experienced a back injury on the job. When I was injured, it felt like my world came to an end until Susan Sadow stepped up and took on the position of being my lawyer. With Susan representing me, I never once had to worry that I wasn’t going to get the proper care needed to get me back on my feet. She was amazing at making sure that I had a top-notch surgeon, making sure I didn’t have any questions, and resolving my workers compensation claim. If I had to suggest getting a lawyer, I would tell you Susan is the lawyer to use. Susan communicated every step of the way, even if it was a small detail, Susan called me immediately. I couldn’t be more thankful for Susan helping me get through this tough time!”

S.K.; 22-year-old medical emergency technician with low back surgery.

“When I initially spoke to Susan, my case was going along fairly smoothly but I was unsure of when or if I needed an attorney or where one would fit into my case. She assured me that the best time to introduce an attorney into a case is right from the beginning. I was completely uneducated concerning workers’ compensation and how it worked. She made me aware of rights that I didn’t even know I had. After one unsuccessful rotator cuff surgery, Susan advocated on my behalf to get me to a different doctor with a much better track record. Although it resulted in a 2nd surgery, I was in much better hands. Needless to say, I was very frightened at that point, but Susan continued to advocate on my behalf towards a positive outcome. Almost 1 1/2 years after my injury, my case was successfully mediated and settled thanks to Susan and her expertise.”

A.R.; 63-year-old flight attendant with multiple shoulder surgeries.

“My father used Susan Sadow before I needed her. He spoke very highly of her and he was right in doing so! She’s amazing!!! Although my case was small, she always kept me updated, helped me with any questions or concerns, and did her very best to handle my case! Susan and Reba were both always so friendly and prompt! If I need a workers comp attorney in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate in who I would choose and will HIGHLY recommend her to all my friends and family!”

L.R.; 26-year-old subcontractor’s assistant with severe hand injury.

“I’ve had the privilege of using Mrs. Susan not once, but twice. She is a very knowledgeable and caring lawyer. She is great at her job and her expertise is awesome. Susan cares very deeply about her clients and it reflects well in her representation. I would highly recommend her for your workers’ compensation needs.”

D.I.; 40-year-old tractor-trailer driver with SI joint injury.

“Dear Sadow and Ms. Foy, I want to say thank you for representing me in a very difficult time. I was a police officer that got injured in the line of duty. Unfortunately big business does not truly care about the working man, its bottom line. I was blessed to have such an amazing team to make sure my rights were protected. Like most, I do not know workman compensation law. Your team took care of my medical needs as well as protecting my income. I would highly recommend your firm to anyone who gets hurt on the job, I am grateful and truly appreciate your services.”

J.K.; 52-year-old police officer with wrist and arm injuries.

“After reviewing several attorneys for on the job injuries, I decided to hire Attorney Heather Froy. I have never had the need of an attorney before and didn’t know anything about workman’s compensation claims. I cannot thank Attorney Froy for representing me. In the very beginning, she took me by the hand and made everything easy to understand and helped me relax. Anytime I needed questions answered (ANYTIME), her paralegal Ange Marrone was patient with me and was always there with a great attitude. Both Heather and Ange showed they really cared about my case and was extremely aggressive in getting my settlement resolved. If you need an attorney for workman’s compensation cases and feel overwhelmed about the entire situation, Please give Attorney Heather Froy and her staff a call; YOU WILL BE SATISFIED!!!!”

J.H.; 57-year-old delivery driver with knee injury.

“Susan is a superstar! We retained Susan for a workman’s compensation matter. Our family member was left with a traumatic brain injury as a result of a commercial motor vehicle accident. The case was complicated and required over three years of litigation and negotiation. First of all, Susan completely “owned” this case from beginning to end. Susan is diligent and a tough negotiator. She was always available to us to answer every question and provide any detail about the case. Communication with Susan was always caring, clear, and prompt. When necessary, Susan brought in additional support from medical, financial, translation, and guardianship experts. Susan’s dedication to our case resulted in a large seven-figure settlement and peace of mind for our family.”

Family member of 46-year-old loader who suffered a traumatic brain injury.

“I was so frustrated with the workers’ compensation process when I contacted Susan. I was getting the “run around” from the workers’ compensation case manager, my calls were going unanswered, and I felt like I was not getting what I deserved. From the first call to the end of my case, with mediation, I have received support, encouragement, guidance, and education on the “system”. Whenever I had questions, and I had many, someone got back to me very promptly. Brandy was exceptionally helpful when I had questions about my weekly checks or my reimbursement. During my mediation, Susan spoke very well of my situation as she had listened to all of my struggles and really represented me well. I would HIGHLY recommend Susan to anyone who is involved in a worker’s compensation situation!”

R.D.; 64-year-old driver who underwent total knee replacement.

“What can I say about Atty Susan Sadow? I can say that she is an incredible Atty. I retained Atty Sadow years ago (1993) when I had experienced an injury. Atty Sadow went immediately to work on my behalf. She ensured that I not only received compensation, but also medical care. She was always available when I called, never rushed me, and was consistent with updates as they came in. I often think about Atty Sadow when I look at the injury Atty commercials on television, and I see the look on the people’s faces when their Atty tells them they won. That was me, and the Atty was Susan Sadow. She literally changed my life. As a single Mother, she understood that my ability to provide for my children was vital, and that appeared to always be as important to her as it was to me. Atty Sadow not only made an impact on me, but she also impacted my son to attend Law School. He is now an Attorney also! I THANK YOU, Atty Sadow. Thank you for who you were then……and of course who you are now.”

M.W.; 41-year-old laborer with neck and back injuries.

My ex-employer tried to make it difficult as possible on us but again, Heather and her team exceeded all my expectations. They put all my worries & fears to rest. Their representation gave me strength through this entire time. The things I loved most other than them fighting on my behalf is that Ms. Froy & Ms. Marrone would listen in full detail & constantly give you updates to let you know what’s going on. They were very honest, very effective and persistent. They even found a creative way to help me with a problem slightly outside of my worker’s comp issue. I will never forget how they helped me & I will recommend them to any & everyone. Thank you to Ms. Sadow, Ms. Marrone & Ms. Froy!”

“After suffering a work related injury to my knee and elbow, the realization became crystal clear that trying to decipher the Workers Compensation maze was far beyond my scope. Representation, representation, representation … I cannot say it enough. Susan most eloquently explained in detail how the process would unfold … step by step. Susan and her team brought my case to a successful conclusion in a timely manner. As soon as I met Susan and her team, my level of stress truly lessened and this was invaluable to me. “For anyone contemplating Ms. Susan Sadow, Susan Sadow has earned my utmost respect! She worked tirelessly on my behalf. Upon meeting Ms. Sadow, I was astounded by how brutally honest and forthright she was about my claim & her expectations of me. My prior attorney never returned any of my calls or emails nor did she take the time out to explain to me step-by-step on the process of my claim from beginning to end. Miss Susan did all of this and more. The staff at Ms. Sadow’s were extremely professional, compassionate yet thorough. Not once did they drop the ball! You could not ask for a better attorney. I highly recommend Ms. Sadow & will continue to refer all Workman Compensation claims to her. Everyone of you deserves the best!”
Z.M.; 55-year-old special education teacher with anterior and posterior lumbar fusions.

“I was injured on the job and we discovered that I have bilateral carpal tunnel. I tried my best to cooperate with my employer and have everything handled in house. My requests kept going ignored for proper equipment to work on which led to the injury to my hands. During my research, I came across Avvo and started reading about different law firms and read reviews. Reviews were consistent for this law firm so I gave them a call after speaking with two other law firms. Susan was very welcoming and introduced me to Heather and Ange. The whole team was amazing. I really got to know Heather and Ange and this was a very long drawn out process because we were not going up against a small company. Anytime I had questions they answered them via email or a returned phone very promptly. Although this process got frustrating at times, I could not have gone through this without them, even when I gave up they did not. These ladies are beyond awesome and amazing. I had deaths to hit my family and job loss and they were so considerate and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Words of encouragement and thoughtful cards made my day. They definitely earn my trust and even won my heart. I felt like more than a client and or case to them and felt like family. They even told me the doctor I was seeing was not a hand specialist and was able to get my doctor changed for me. I do not know how they got through all of the red tape and won against this large well-known insurance agency, however, I more than grateful that we won. I will always recommend this law firm to others. Please consult with them and see for yourself, I promise you will not be disappointed.”
JC.H.; 37-year-old claims associate with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.

“Last year my husband had a terrible fall at work and it was a hard time for us. Once we contacted Susan, we knew she was the answer to our problems. My husband spent his time recovering instead of worrying about legal matters. Every time we called or emailed, we got a response back immediately. Susan was always sure to answer any questions or concerns. She is definitely very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer at all! Brandy and Susan are so amazing! I definitely would recommend Susan to anyone who is in need of a worker’s compensation lawyer. I am glad she represented my husband!”
J.S., 44-year-old machine operator with head, back and shoulder injuries.

“Having Heather D Froy represent me on my case was the best thing I could have hoped for. She is absolutely incredible at her job and is easily easily one of the most experienced lawyers in Atlanta. Every time I called with a question or concern, (which was A LOT!) she was able to answer it quickly and in a manner that really made me understand what was going on in my case. Every step of the way, she would get in contact with me and ask how i was doing and how my week went and give me an update on how things were going. It really showed just how much she cares for her clients. She even sent me a birthday card! Have you ever heard of that?? Outstanding. I cannot express how at ease, it made me feel knowing that she was on my side and how much experience she has handling these cases. Heather is easily one of the most knowledgable lawyers in her field because she has experience on both sides of workers comp cases. She has the play book for both sides and always gets the win. The way she explained what was going on with my case really illustrated how well she knows the ins-and-outs of how these workers compensation cases work and it really inspires confidence that she will handle your case swiftly and painlessly! She absolutely backs up that confidence with results and wins! I cannot say enough positive things about her work with my case and how happy I am with the results of her hard work. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking to the best lawyer in Atlanta. Thank you so much for all the hard work heather! :)”

“I cannot thank Mrs. Sadow and her team enough for helping me through my stressful time. We dealt with some very difficult individuals during my worker’s comp case, but they fought for me every step of the way. I truly believe that I would still be dealing with all the stress if not for the Sadow Law team. A big thank you to you all!!”
K.W., 39-year-old EMT with low back injury.

“Susan, we appreciate all of your help and support getting through all this. We cannot thank you enough. I hate work comp and everyone going through this should know not to go at this alone without representation. It took me a while, a long while to get my husband on board, but he’s very thankful I convinced him to get representation and that you were there for us. You’re an awesome lady with a big heart! I hope we cross paths in a different way in the future and will definitely refer you to anyone we hear of going through work comp. Tell Brandy and the rest of your staff that worked with us on my husband’s case we appreciate them very much as well. Thank you again.”

I will recommend her to anyone and trust me you won’t be disappointed with her service. And her paralegal Ms. Brandy Brackett was just awesome, very friendly staff. Again, thank you for helping me so much!”
A.M.; 52-year-old driver with back injury.

“I did not have an attorney for almost a year into my treatment after a serious injury at work. Even though I had surgery for my injury, I knew more was wrong than what had been diagnosed. Thank Heaven, someone recommended Susan Sadow to me. She immediately took control, worked to get me to a specialist who could diagnose all the “collateral damage” of the broken bones and treat what had been overlooked! She was instrumental in getting my injured area assessed by highly respected specialists and got my case transferred to one of the top orthopedic surgeons. After all treatments were done, my doctors and I came to the conclusion that I may never return to my per-injury state; I may always require medications to alleviate pain and I may need further treatment in the future. Susan advocated for me to receive compensation to guarantee my needs will be met for the rest of my life. Without Susan on my side and guiding me thru the “WC maze”, I know I would have never gotten the treatment I needed and my case probably would have just been closed, leaving me to figure out how to pay for the medication and treatment I will need for the rest of my years. Even though my case is now closed, I know she is just a phone call away in case I need her!”

“Heather, I’m writing this to formally thank you for representing me . . . with your straightforward tact and sympathetic understanding you were able to ease my “scares” and concerns. I thank you for being a “friend” through it all. You displayed humor, honesty, dignity, humility and compassion during this ordeal . . . once again my most sincere thanks. You have been such a great attorney, and friend, to me over this journey and I really lucked out the day I walked into your office. You really are an attorney for the right reason: to help!”
S.S.; 33-year-old ramp agent with low back injury.

“Heather did an amazing job representing me for my case. She was the first lawyer I was in touch with when I called Susan Sadow’s office. When we first met for a consultation, she presented me with all the realistic facts of what could happen with the case and I appreciated how honest she was. After that initial consultation, I decided Heather would be the best person to represent me and what I went though. Throughout the entire process, she contacted me every single time there was an update with the case, with a personal phone call and an email. Her team also did an amazing job at keeping me informed when she wasn’t available, and would get messages to her quickly and I would hear back within a few hours or the next day. I couldn’t be more proud to have been represented by Heather and her team, and I would highly recommend her for hiring her for your workers comp cases.”
C.S.; 27-year-old server with neck and back injuries.

“I was hurt on the job for the first time. My company was giving me a hard time about it to the point I thought I was going to lose my job. I set up a consultation with Heather just to see my options. She went over in detail how the system is set. She then promised me that my health was number one. At that time I was in a lot of pain. She started my case and they helped me throughout the 11 month process. It was slow at times but they were always there to answer questions or concerns. After all their work I got my surgery that was needed. I now have my health back and can work again. Heather delivered on what she said. I had some really dark times and without my wife, family, friends, and Heather I don’t know where I would be today.”
J.B.; 41-year-old contractor who underwent cervical discectomy.

“I injured my right arm at work and was getting nowhere dealing with workers comp doctors and insurance companies. They were not even going to fix my arm. I decided I needed an advocate on my side and hired Susan. That’s where things completely turned around! Susan’s law firm handled my case with uncanny precision, skill, and dedication. Nothing ever fell through the cracks or was left to chance!! Ange was the paralegal assigned to my case and she was extremely diligent, attentive and just plain nice! Heather was not even the lawyer working on my case, but she fielded any calls or emails just to get a quick response to any questions I had. I did a LOT of research to find the best lawyer, but what I found was a law firm that’s held in the highest esteem by other lawyers (I found this out when it was time to settle the case.) Susan squeezed all the money she could out of the defense until he squealed, and then proceeded to make him cough up even more…and THEN took his lunch money as well! Do yourself a favor and hire her law firm, you won’t regret it.”
D.R.; 41-year-old utility operator with elbow/biceps injury.

“Heather and Ange where so helpful on my case. I hired Heather the minute I went to her office and sat with her to explain my case. Heather and her team were more then just a law firm she cares about you and not just the end results. I wouldn’t want anyone to represent me in a workers comp claim besides Heather never let me down or never left my wondering what is going on at anytime during the whole time I used her. I really thank her to this day about what she did for me and my family. In worker comp cases nothing is promised but she will work nonstop to benefit Your best interest.”

One of her staff, Brandy, was always at my disposal. She made my numerous little problems go away without any fanfare. It was the best of possible resolutions. Their actions were greatly appreciated.”
T.B.; 63-year-old photographer with cervical injury and multiple shoulder surgeries.

“I was referred to Attorney Sadow by a friend after it was determined my injury was work related. In the beginning I was hesitant about taking the legal route and thought it would be totally unnecessary to do this. After all I have worked for this fortune 500 company for almost 20 years and was a valued employee. I received good reviews, raises and bonuses annually for my good work ethics.

One day I was at my desk doing my work as usual and my supervisor looked over and saw me wearing a wrist brace. She inquired where did I get it from. After telling her she immediately went to HR and reported me. I had been seeing a doctor for my injury for about 3 months and he found it was not getting better and gave me the wrist brace to wear to help out with the injury that he eventually determined it was work related after a MRI was done. He also told me he could no longer see me and told me to tell my job it was work related. He referred me to a doctor who he stated was the best hand specialist in the state of Georgia.

I was called to the HR department the next day and told I had to see one of their workers comp doctors. The one I chose told me on the 1st visit that my injury appear to be domestic. I informed him that I lived alone and spent most of my time working and in the traffic. He then proceeded to take my blood. On my 2nd visit he told me the test results came back showing I had rheumatoid arthritis and I need to see a rheumatologist. He immediately closed my case which opened the door for me to see the rheumatologist and the hand specialist with my medical insurance.

The rheumatologist stated I did not have arthritis and I needed to see an orthopedic doctor for therapy or surgery. I made an appointment to see the hand specialist and he immediately stated he could not see me and to tell my HR department the injury is work related and reopen my case. I did as instructed and they told me they could not reopen the case and to open it myself. At this point they did not care that my arm was visually swollen and I needed medical attention but I had been blocked. It took workers comp about 3 months to reopen my case and since I had seen the hand specialist they decided to leave me with him.

My visits to my workman comp appointments became a problem. I had to train someone else to do my job and wisdom told me these people are going to try and fire me. After all the little things they began to do against me I knew it was time to take my friends advice and call Susan. I made an appointment to see her just to see if she was willing to stand up to a fortune 500 company attorney, that had the reputation of winning all of their cases. The employees became fearful and backed out and eventually was fired. After speaking with her I made the decision to hire her and to this day it is the best decision I could have made. She immediately introduced me to her paralegal staff and assigned Brandy B to me.

The experience I had working with Susan and Brandy was phenomenal. I thought this would be a business matter but to my surprise they treated me like family. They wanted to know what happened at each doctor visit, get well cards was sent and a phone call after each surgery. Always making sure I was doing well and Brandy had a saying, “if you need us call us.” I felt I was with an attorney firm that really had my best interest at heart.

After 18 months my case has been settled and I was extremely happy with the compensation. I will miss them and all the kindness shown to me. I would refer Susan and her staff to anyone looking to receive compensation for injuries received on the job and assure you they will fight to make sure you are well compensated. I would like to express my heartfelt thank you to Susan and her staff for making my end a new beginning. May God richly bless the attorney firm and staff of Susan Sadow.”
A.P.; 59-year-old administrative specialist with multiple hand surgeries.

“I had a standing forklift crush injury to my left foot. I had set up an appointment with Mrs. Sadow, she helped me and my family’s mind to be at ease with worker’s compensation, giving advise, being on hand if I had any questions, she dealt with the lackluster performance of worker’s comp (orthotic sole & shoe taking several months) Mrs. Sadow and paralegals are great, and friendly.”
M.Q.; 25-year-old gentleman in charge of desk operations with crush injury to foot.

“This review is heartfelt for me because I have never been more amazed and truely thankful for the work and effort that Susan Sadow and her office has done for me. I was referred to Susan in a time where I didn’t know who to trust with my case and who would have my best interest in mind. Susan Sadow and her staff did that for me. They were compassionate to my needs, they are great listeners and note takers, consistent with returning calls, checking on me, emails, my needs being met in a timely fashion, persistent, organized, efficient, passionate about making sure they walked with me through every step of the way, and they didn’t leave any stone unturned. Susan Sadow and her firm is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. First time I have ever had a company to give me their resume to look over before hiring. To Mrs. Sadow, who even gave me her cell phone number to call her no matter what time of day or night to keep me informed or just to answer any questions I had, I say thank you. Thank you for going to bat for me and fighting this battle for me. You are the truth. Brandy, when things went topsy turvy with receiving my funds back from the bank and getting my benefits back on track you listened to my struggle and pains and went above and beyond and didn’t hestitate to call me or stay on the line no matter how long it took to get everything back in order thank you for All you do. Reba, thank you so much for being another ray of sunshine in the time of need. The entire staff has truely blessed me and made the rest of this process stress free. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants it done right. I’m sorta disappointed our time has come to an end in my case. I enjoyed calling everyone and they are so pleasant to talk to I’m going to miss them.”
S.W.; 41-year-old cash coordinator with multiple wrist surgeries.

“Finding yourself in the middle of a workman’s comp claim can be very frustrating and overwhelming to say the least. However, all of this changed when Heather took over my case. She is an amazing attorney and I could not have asked for better representation. Heather listened to me voice my concerns, she advocated for me, fought for me and always kept the lines of communication open at all times. Her attention to detail is flawless and always led me in the right direction every step of the way. Heather made me feel like family and counseled me in a way that made me feel as if I were her only client. I could not have asked for a better attorney and I feel privileged she took on my case. Heather was able to bring a long and painful two year road to a closure, after enduring 2 surgery’s, and help me settle my case for an amount that I deserved!”
E.G.; 37-year-old registered nurse with bilateral knee injuries and foot injury.

“Hiring Susan Sadow to represent me with my workers compensation case is without doubt, the best decision I could have made. My case was very challenging to say the least, because I had previous medical issues that I knew my employer was going to attempt to use against me. I needed a lawyer who was fully knowable with workers compensation laws, smart, a good communicator and very resourceful. I found all that and much more in Susan with how she successfully managed my case far above my expectations. Every phase of my case during the 4 years it took to bring it to a successful conclusion, Susan kept me informed and at ease with preparations and information that help made prepare whenever I had to appear for hearings or give sworn testimony. Having a good attorney to fight for you the way Susan did for me is just priceless. My admiration for her expertise, skills and professionalism will forevermore be with me for the rest of my life. Susan made sure that she was always available to me for whatever questions I may have had not only during my case, but afterwards as well. I will definitely be recommending Susan to anyone I know, who will be in need of an excellent attorney to represent them in their workplace injury case. Finally, to have been identified with Susan as one of her clients, is a honor for me to have witnessed first hand, what a awesome attorney she is as her work continues to speak volumes for the great work she does.”
C.G., 60-year-old loss prevention manager with neck and back injuries.

“Heather did an awesome job communicating with me and the attorney for my employer. She did excellent work and I am very happy with the outcome.”
S.M.; 47-year-old horse trainer with concussion, vision loss, head and neck injuries.

“I had the pleasure of having Heather Froy as my lawyer and she was sensational with handling my case! When I got hurt at work I was young and didn’t know anything about worker’s compensation, but Heather, Susan, and Ange (best paralegal ever!) explained everything and walked me through the whole process. They were quick in responding to all of my questions and Heather was aggressive with the defense attorney in making sure I got the treatment I needed with the RIGHT doctors and the back pay I was entitled to. The whole worker’s comp system was draining me mentally, emotionally, and physically and Heather understood that. She got me a fair settlement so I could move on with my life. I absolutely LOVE Heather and the Sadow Law Firm and she would be the first lawyer I would recommend. Thank you so much!”
Q.W.; 21-year-old CNA with back and neck injuries.

“Having worked in the insurance/claims industry for over a decade, I didn’t think we would need a WC Attorney to help settle our case, which had dragged on for 2 1/2 years. Well, things got complicated, so we gave in and hired the BEST attorney we could find; one who’s reputation in the insurance world is so good that no one wants a case against her! Attorney Sadow is highly experienced, extremely professional, always responsive (even on her days off!) and best of all — very straight-forward. She will tell you what you NEED to hear, not necessarily what you WANT to hear, and that’s a good thing, because at the conclusion of your case, you’ll be informed, satisfied and will have a strong appreciation of how she handled the matter on your behalf. And while I think Susan Sadow is a super hero, no super hero can save the world without their partners-in-crime! The team at her law firm are knowledgeable, kind and always quick to respond to emails — even if it’s a “Susan is not available, but I’ll find out and get back with you,” type of email. If you couldn’t tell from the review above, Susan Sadow and her team of professionals are simply wonderful to work with. I hope we don’t have a reason to need an attorney again, but if ever we were faced with a similar situation, we’ve kept Attorney Sadow on speed dial!”
M.D.; 43-year-old wire technician with right ankle fusion.

“Susan Sadow and staff handled my case in the most professional and caring manner. Anytime I had a question and called their office, they knew exactly who I was and the details of my case. “Heather Froy represented me on back injury case. I was confused and unsure what to do after my injury. After a few weeks of waiting on the adjuster for approvals I called Sadow-Froy. Heather spoke with me immediately and was able to meet with me the next morning. I felt at home and completely comfortable from the intial meeting all the way through the settlement process. Heather and Reba stayed in constant contact with me. They called to check in before and after every doctor appointment! She was a true “Bulldog” and was able to get my surgery approved very quickly. I was very impressed with her negotiating skills during mediation. The compassion and attention I received from Heather and her team was absolutely top notch. She was with me every step of the way. The only thing I regret is not calling her immediately after the injury.”
J.D.; 35-year-old collections agent with a low back injury.

She was able to remove all anxiety and any doubt that my claim would be handled promptly, professionally and leaving no stone unturned. She also referred me to a 3rd Party Attorney that could assist me with handling my civil suit, waiving any rights of subrogation. Heather was always available for answering my questions (which at times were many) and during mediation, she was formidable and Grace under fire! She followed my case to the very end, until I received Approval from the State Board of Worker’s Compensation. I never had to worry about my case, knowing Heather and her “jackpot” team was on the job…”

My wife & I were very impressed with Susan Sadow’s credentials & excellent reviews, but we felt even more at ease when we met with her. From the very beginning & all the way through the process we were confident that she was working behind the scenes on my behalf. Susan was confident, caring, personal & compassionate in what we were going through & how she treated us. Susan & her excellent staff kept in touch often on how things were going & we were very satisfied with the end result of all of her hard work in protecting my rights & compensating me with a settlement that was much more than I would have received had I not hired her services. My wife & I are VERY THANKFUL that we chose SUSAN J. SADOW & HIGHLY RECOMMEND her excellent services!”

I was so confused and didn’t know where to turn! My wife heard about Susan Sadow from a friend and she encouraged me to contact her. It was one the best decisions I have ever made! Before leaving her office after my first appointment I had a much better understanding of the process. With Susan on my side, I had an invaluable asset! Susan and her staff are amazing! They all went the extra mile to make sure I understood every step of the process. I would recommend Susan to anyone who needs help with a workers compensation case!”

“I first hired a one call that’s all and wasted a year, nothing done and they didn’t even know it was a worker’s comp case! Hired Susan J Sadow and she fired him and grabbed my case running, she hasn’t even paused on my case. I immediately obtained medical treatments and surgery for cervical 2 level fusion and all the medical devices I needed to assist me. She is your salvation for fighting workers comp, she knows how to get the ball rolling quickly all the way to the end and all her staff is following right in her footsteps! Thanks Reba! You never hesitated at anything and always got everything done promptly and professional. So glad I found the superstar attorney of Atlanta! She has done everything possible to get me everything I need for my future medical and lost future wages as a result of a rear end collision that changed my life and career. If I’m every in a Workman’s Comp situation again there’s no question who I’m calling. Do you want the best? Then call Heather Froy and don’t waste time calling the rest.”
L.T.; 43-year-old maintenance mechanic with shoulder surgery.

“Wow, where do I start? First, the workers comp is not setup for the employee, it’s setup for the employer and the insurance company. I had a case that I got hurt at my job through no fault of my own and I was trying to handle it on my own (I am not a big lawyer fan) but was being told by everyone I need a lawyer and was reading about the nightmares people where having dealing with workers comp insurance company as a whole. The insurance company has their own staff of lawyers working for them and I think a room full of bean counters looking for the cheapest way out. So I started the Google lawyer search and run across Susan Sadow’s web site, don’t know why she stood out to me, but I do have a sister name Susan, so I call her office and ask to speak with Susan, the girl on the phone took my name and info and when Susan came on line we talk briefly then set up a meeting, the first thing I notice was Susan made no promises of a big payout, but told me she will watch over my case and work hard for the best outcome as possible.. By this time I had my third surgery and lost arm movement, Susan jump right in and call my adjuster and they agreed that I needed to see another doctor to get a second opinion, Susan then made sure I got into the best doctor available. Then when it came time for me to go in for my FCE Susan made sure I got into the right place. Last was my day with settlement mediation again Susan made sure I had the right mediator. What Susan is doing is playing a game of chess, with each move she makes she is thinking a couple of steps ahead, so at the end game I was standing at the best position possible. In the end I have permanent damage to my shoulder and I was compensated for it. What you need to do is: Call Susan Write down any questions you have. Bring in all your paperwork you have from any doctor visits you have gone to. Keep copies of all future doctor visits and forward them to Susan’s office, it’s amazing what the doctors office and the case manager forget to forward to your lawyer’s office. Learn about the WC system. Be realistic. What you need to know. You do need a lawyer. Susan is fast to respond to emails and phone calls. Susan will work for you. One very important thing I left out was Susan’s office staff was great, specially Ange she keeps up with emails and phone calls, she even sent a email out on a Sunday, when have you ever hear of a Lawyer’s office working on Sunday other than looking for new work.”
A.B.; 59-year-old maintenance mechanic with multiple shoulder surgeries.

“Susan and her entire staff are professional, prompt and thorough! I highly recommend her. I would definitely hire her again.”
R.B., 56-year-old credential specialist with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.

“I will never forget how much you helped me and I can never thank you enough.”
R.S.; 61-year-old truck driver with low back surgery.

“I can’t thank Susan and her staff enough for helping me get the settlement I needed. When employees are hurt on the job, it usually means the start of a new career choice. This settlement will allow me time to get back on my feet and not lose my shirt. For this my family and I are grateful. Thank you, Susan! When I called Susan, I had already been treated for a hernia surgery, and my treating physician wanted me to go back to work, ignoring my other injuries. I was going it alone and realized this is not something you can navigate on your own, nor should you. Workers Compensation is a complex system. Your employer has lawyers and Insurance agents sorting it out on their behalf. Why shouldn’t you do the same! Susan has a great network of medical professionals she has worked with in her practice, that are compassionate and resolute. Susan found me a great match and I was able to receive the care I needed. Susan and her staff, Brandy and Reba are pleasant to work with and they make sure your case is being handled with urgency and care. The best phone call I made! Thank you, Susan!”
J.G.; 58-year-old store manager with hernia.

“After getting hurt on my job. I felt like I had no one to turn to. I googled the top attorneys and Susan’s name stuck out like a red thumb. I read about Susan through her reviews and right away I wanted to meet her. I called her office and she agreed to meet with me. After my wife and I met Susan and her staff we agreed to hire Susan. We discussed my case with her and from that point I knew she was the one. She made us feel like she was trustworthy, reliable and we didn’t have to worry about my case. She took care of everything. Now we know why she has all five stars. I was impressed with and grateful for her attention to detail, professionalism and intelligence in handling my case. She is a very sweet person, very knowledgeable and always kept me informed with every detail about my case. I don’t care how many times I called her office her assistant was always respectful and answered all my questions and returned phone calls in a timely manner. My wife and I is very bless to have hired Susan Sadow as my lawyer. I recommend Susan let her fight for you. She is the best!! Thanks Susan Sadow and staff!!”
H.A.; 48-year-old forklift driver with cervical fusion, knee surgery and herniated lumbar discs.

“Susan is the BEST!!! I was in the hospital when I called Susan she showed up to my room the next day. Once I hired her I had no more headaches with my adjuster or my case. Susan cares she waits til she feels like you’re ready to settle she never rushes your case. Susan always listens and if you don’t know something she’s always available to ask. I don’t know where I would be without Susan & her Team. The mediation and settlement process went smooth as Ever. Y’all were a Big Blessing to me & My Family. Thank You! Highly Recommend Susan !!!”
B.I.; 26-year-old baggage handler with crush injury to foot.

My case was complicated and I desperately needed an attorney that would work on every aspect of my complicated and stressful case. Susan stepped in and relieved me of stress and the burden of not knowing what to expect next. Susan worked with me for 2 years with incredible diligence and tenacity. She listened, advised and took the necessary steps to ensure a positive outcome for me. Susan answered my calls and responded directly to my questions. Susan’s incredible staff also assisted me in every way imaginable. With Susan’s impeccable knowledge she turned my life around and my case into the best outcome. I recommend Susan Sadow to anyone who needs and wants the very best attorney working for them. Susan is the very best.”
J.O.; 57-year-old insurance underwriter with foot, ankle, shoulder, neck, knee, hand & elbow injuries.

“Susan is wonderful! She is very caring and kind. She is patient, and took the time to explain my case and what it means. She was great to work with through the mediation. She was very helpful in getting me in to see the doctors that were needed. I could not be happier with the whole experience with Susan from beginning to end.”
J.O.; 57-year-old underwriter with shoulder, ankle, hand, elbow, and knee injuries and lower extremity CRPS.

“Excellent Attorney! I met Heather after she came on with Susan. She hadn’t even met me yet, but after my surgery, she called me and introduced herself. She was very, very nice. She’d call me after every follow-up to see how I was doing, and to make sure everything went ok. I finally got to meet her a few months later, and it was like she had been a part of my case from the beginning! She was very informative before and during my mediation, explaining everything that was happening, and fought a good fight until I got a fair settlement! Thank you so much for fighting that battle for me Heather, and making sure I got what I deserved. Finally, I’m able to move on, and have a peace of mind. Thank Again!”
T.G.; 34-year-old distribution associate with back injury.

“I injured my back 2 years ago at work. Was catching a really hard time from my employer. The Attorney I had at the time was no help. In fact, he added more stress. I found Susan on Avvo and met with her the next day. She was very sweet and caring. She didn’t make me feel out of place. She was patient, and took the time to explain my case and what it means. She even encouraged me to get back into school. After hiring her, I immediately felt the weight taken off my shoulder. Susan and her assistants Marie, Reba, and Brandy worked very hard to make sure I received the care I needed. It was a long road, but it was worth it. Thank you so much Susan for working as hard as you did.”
D.S.; 47-year-old general manager with low back surgery.

“It was a pleasure working with Susan Sadow and her team. The entire process was a seamless one from first contact to our final meeting. Susan and her team are very knowledgeable in all aspects of workers compensation law and that was a plus being able to speak with anyone from her team and the information provided was always accurate. I was treated with respect and was always given an opportunity to ask a question which was always followed with a quick response. I would definitely refer this team to anyone. Thank you again Susan to you and your team and always putting the client first.”
T.G.; 34-year-old distribution associate with back injury.

“Let me start off by saying WOW! Heather worked hard on my case from day one. Her line of communication was always open to me, and she always responded to my emails and returned my calls in a timely manner. She had an answer for every question I had. I was more than amazed, surprised, and pleased with the settlement that she got for me. And I must say she assigned the BEST paralegal in Atlanta to work on my case. The entire staff will work hard for you and will always get back to you with every little detail they have for you about your case. They are very knowledgeable in the area of workers comp laws, and they provide a professional environment when you visit to their office. This firm is awesome and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to any and every one in need of workers comp representation. Thank you Heather and staff for all the hard work you have done for me!!!!”
M.J.; 36-year-old driver with neck and back injuries.

“THE ABSOLUTE BEST DESCISION I HAVE EVER MADE! I was badly injured and was being given the run around by my employers panel of doctors (which by the way are not looking out for my well being but my employers dollar). My weekly benefit checks were never the same and were significantly less than they should have been. I was scared, confused and being questioned constantly by the insurance co case manager (who acts like they care so much about you but in actuality they are building a case against you without you knowing it)! Please know the workers comp industry is filled with webs of complex twists and turns that are harder to understand than Chinese math! You cannot do this alone! I called Susan’s office after having to go to the ER and was seen by Non Panel doctors who really do care about me and took the proper steps and testing to find out exactly what was truly wrong. Heather Froy became my go to attorney although I also dealt with Susan several times. They work together as a fine tuned violin so do not think you will be placed with a newly passed bar exam attorney. I was impressed with Susan’s staff, and the level of personal care they gave to me, Anytime I called their office a member cheerfully spoke to me, reassured me and my calls were either taken or promptly returned. I was constantly kept in the loop on what was going on and also called by them to see how my doctors appointments went after every appointment! Within 2 weeks they had corrected my weekly pay with my employer and found it to be drastically short. I received a back pay check soon after which was wonderful. I was told the absolute truth by them of what was to come and how the insurance company and my employer view this not as personal but as a business transaction. I was even sent a letter from my employer demanding that I contact my supervisor and return to work immediately or I would lose my job ! Talk about Panic when deceptive tactics are being used on you and you are not certain which way to turn. Having this amazing legal team to look to in times like this was the most comforting feeling ever (like warm chicken soup and your mommy when you are at your worst)! We finally made it to mediation and although I am not 100% fully functional they fought hard to look after me and to secure my financial future. DO NOT WAIT! Call them now, I promise it will be the best decision you have ever made too!”
S.E.; 51-year-old ramp agent with CRPS of lower extremity after being run over by a machine.

“Susan did a great job handling my w/c case. She was very professional but she made us feel comfortable anytime we talked to her. She always returned my call if I had a question or needed something explained. She worked on my case aggressively and I feel she got the best settlement possible that included an MSA that was really important for me as I’m probably looking at another surgery later on. I would highly recommend her for any w/c case.”
M.W.; 51-year-old lead set up technician with bilateral shoulder injuries.

“Susan used her years of experience and a variety of approaches to reach an acceptable settlement for my injury. I would recommend her highly because she will keep you informed throughout the legal procedures and she will explain all aspects of the mediation process thoroughly.”
S.M.; 55-year-old assistant principal with neck injury.

“After researching and contacting a number of law firms for my workers compensation dilemma, I felt confident from the initial consultation with Heather Froy. Subsequently, I hired the firm. From that point, I was never unprepared logistically or psychologically for how the entire matter would eventually unfold. I was informed of options, possibilities, probabilities (as much as could be predicted) and most of all, expectations. At every step in the process I felt that my needs and concerns were always the main consideration. Prior to hiring an attorney, I read everything available to an individual regarding workers compensation regulations. I still felt that there was much I didn’t know. I was definitely right. There were mistakes made by the insurance company and my employer and in each instance, it was not in my favor. These were the first issues to be corrected by Ms. Froy. Communication was exemplary. The entire staff addressed all of my questions/concerns promptly and concisely. Due in great part to my attorney’s performance and how well she prepared me, I can’t say that I have a single regret or would have made any decisions differently than what I did. For the first time since my injury, I’m at peace with my situation. From what I’ve read, that’s rare and is a direct result of Heather Froy managing my case.”
T.P.; 52-year-old delivery driver with back injury.

“I had the pleasure of meeting with Susan after she was referred to me by someone I met randomly that I met as she explaining how delightful her process was with her claim because of Susan and her team. I called Susan and within 48 hours I had an appointment to meet her in person. She was so personable and genuinely cared about my situation. You would think that she does not have other clients with all the attention dedicated to you and your case. Once I decided to proceed with Susan as my attorney my life changed. My case was workers compensation. My accident occurred 18 months prior to our meeting and between my managers, corporate office, and the insurance agency my life was hell. It took weeks and sometimes months to get appointments approved or to get the care I really needed. Once Susan and her team got involved everything happened in a timely manner and all paperwork was handled without me having to lift a finger. The biggest thing was I able to have the spine surgery that finally brought my everyday back pain to an end. And, not to mention I will be financially secure for the foreseeable future. I did not just get a lawyer I made a friend! Thanks for everything Susan!”
B.H.; 42-year-old with low back injury.

“The day I was injured at work my life changed as I had known it. I never thought I’d have to hire a lawyer but when the company I worked for and their insurance company failed to work with me then I decided that was my only option. After a lot of research I found Susan Sadow and her wonderful law firm. After hiring her as my attorney my life changed for the better. I no longer had to struggle to get doctor’s appointments or anything to do with my accident. Susan and her team took over and got the ball rolling for me. I was able to see great physicians and specialist with the greatest of ease. If I EVER needed anything Susan and her team was on it. My benefit checks were being sent one week and then not the next until I hired Susan and then I never missed another check. I had the pleasure of meeting Susan and her team on a few occasions and I can honestly say they are like a group of angels sent from above to protect people like me. From day one after hiring Susan everything went smooth. I saw my physicians and specialists, my surgeries and therapy went smoothly because I had not only a great team of doctors but Susan and her team were there to make sure whatever I needed was provided for me. Today was mediation day for me and when I received the news of my settlement thanks to Susan and her team I was absolutely blown away. I am so blessed that I was led to Susan Sadow and her team because without them I don’t know what I would have done. I hope nobody reading this ever has to experience the injuries I did and be totally put off by your employer or the big insurance companies but if you do I can’t express enough how much you need to pick up the phone and give Susan and her team a call. It was absolutely the best decision I have ever made. Angels are real.”
P.T.; 48-year-old with knee and back injuries.

“When I hired Susan my case was already in a bit of a mess due to my previous attorney. Susan jumped right in and took the bull by the horns so to speak. Her office is very professional and attentive, if you email or call you will get a return from them quickly. Susan gave me her cell phone number was always available for those sudden questions you might have. She had a hard case to deal with and it didn’t to phase her at all. I believe her years of experience has really sharpened her skills and knowledge to where she knows exactly what to expect and prepare for it. She was able to settle my case and get me where I could move on with my life and put everything behind me. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE HIRING SUSAN SADOW AND HER TEAM.”
J.S.; 29-year-old engineer with low back injury.

“Susan is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and she is dedicated to her craft. Susan’s staff is the very best. You can ask them for help and they will bend over backwards to help you.”
D.S.; 69-year-old buyer with multiple back surgeries.

“I want to thank both of you and your staff for representing me in my Workman’s Comp claim. You were referred to me by a person who was in rehab at the same Physical Therapist. Your company is “The Best” Law Office in Georgia and went to bat for me. Thank you.”
T.S.; 67-year-old culinary manager who underwent rotator cuff surgery and back surgery.

“I would absolutely recommend this law firm to anyone that has been hurt on the job. The kept me updated about my claim anytime something new came in. The whole staff was amazing and very nice. They answered any questions I had, and they were very quick to answer the phone when I called. I am absolutely very happy with this law firm.”
J.S.; 34-year-old machine operator who underwent elbow surgery.

“This firm is an absolute pleasure to work with and the staff is outstanding. Attorney, Heather Froy helped me settle my workers comp claim very quickly and painlessly. I should have called her earlier. She is highly professional and knowledgeable in the area of workers compensation. I have and will continue to refer her to others.”
D.M.; 59-year-old shift supervisor with knee surgery.

“During the course of my lawsuit, Mrs. Sadow were very successful and professional the whole time. She were patient, considerate and kind to us whenever we would speak to her or her staff (Reba) .I do believe she went up and above to get me what I deserved. She always made sure she had all my information needed to take care of my case and my family. I would recommend her to anyone if given the chance to.”
G.F.; 38-year-old water department worker with two cervical fusions.

“After being seriously injured on the job and then having my workers comp claim denied, I hired a different attorney. After a year and a half it seemed nothing was happening and my attorney would not communicate with me. At that point, I hired Heather and was amazed with the care and attention she gave my case. Within six months my case was settled. She communicated with me every step of the way and clearly communicated my options so I could make the best decisions for my family. The workers comp world is a terrible place to be but I am so thankful I had Heather to fight for me! I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so!”
C.D.; 48-year-old special education teacher with traumatic brain injury.

“I suffered a personal injury at work and as a result, it was recommended by family and friends that I hire an Attorney to help me navigate through the “Workers Comp” process. And a process it was, it took just over a year for the case to come to a settlement. I found Susan Sadow, via a google search. She was listed as a “Super Lawyer” in her field and after reading her impressive list of credentials, I decided to schedule an appointment. She returned my call within 24 hours and I told her about my accident. Susan then asked me several detailed questions, assured me she could help and invited me in for an appointment. When I met her I immediately knew I wanted her to represent me. She is a confident and powerful force of energy with a kind, sweet spirit. For me and my particular case I required assistance in several areas and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in supplying an excellent choice of resources that I needed. The one thing that I greatly appreciated about her was that she was completely honest and above board with me at all times. She let me know that while this was not a case that I would be able to “retire” from, I did have a solid case; this helped me keep things in perspective. I also appreciated the fact that once hired, she and her staff immediately took over all correspondence with the parties involved with my case, what a relief! By the way, let me just say that Susan’s staff was just as top notch and just as invested in my case as Susan; never did a question or concern go unanswered because Maria and Reba were so on top of my case details. After a long process of recovery, it came time to negotiate a settlement. Susan informed me of every detail of the settlement process, what would take place, and my role in the process. As a result, she negotiated a very good settlement on my behalf. While the circumstances of my meeting Susan and her staff were quite unfortunate, I couldn’t have made a better choice in professional and person to advocate for me.”
K.A.; 56-year-old retail store manager with shoulder surgery.

“Susan, I got your thank you card Saturday and wanted to return the gratitude. I appreciate the business card but of all people, your number is burned into my phone forever. LOL. I owe you the thank you, if I hadn’t spoken with Brandy and received the treatment I did with her, I never would have met you and that has been a huge plus in my life. If you hadn’t realized what my employer was doing with my paychecks, I would not have gotten the medical help I needed so badly and the money at all.

I just had my last foot surgery and Dr. Craig Camasta has done a wonderful job. I just saw him again when we discussed my foot, explained he made 5 incisions and repaired a lot of work. The screw the previous doctor put in was loose and the bottom of my foot had torn open. He said that there was a tremendous amount of scar tissue in there along with fluid and the back of my heel he called it mush. I can tell I am getting some feeling back into my toes and he put a permanent pin in that middle toe. If you or any of your clients ever need a foot doctor he truly knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him for his services, as I would highly recommend yours.

If I ever need an attorney for anything I will call you and see if you know of a good one. Thanks again for all your help in this hell of a ride we have been on. Tell Brandy I’m getting close to a lunch date I will be walking in 4-8 more weeks. I asked Dr. Joseph about you and your eyes the other day, glad you are doing better Take Care…”
C.F.; 48-year-old truck driver with knee and foot injuries. (updated testimonial)

J.M.; widow of 35-year-old burn crew supervisor.

“Susan and her office staff were always there to answer any questions. She promptly returned my calls and I believe she got me the best settlement for my reverse shoulder replacement. I could not have had a better lawyer. They made the whole experience worry free. Would and do recommend her for your workers comp problems.”
L.V.; 53-year-old maintenance mechanic with multiple shoulder surgeries including reverse shoulder replacement.

“Susan was the best her and her team was such a blessing to me couldn’t have hired a better lawyer. She made sure I was well taken care of if I ever needed anything or if I was having trouble she made sure to get to the bottom of it and I am so grateful to have a lawyer like her so thank you Ms. Susan to you and your team you guys did AWESOME!!!”

Thank you for your dedication to me even when I was being aggravating to you. I am very happy with the settlement that you got me. You are an amazing attorney and I will be referring anyone that I know that dealing with workers comp to you. Again thank you for everything, god bless you always.”
T.J. 46-year-old flatbed driver with shoulder injury.

“Best decision I ever made! If I could give her 6 stars I would. From the minute I hired Susan she took care of everything (she literally called the adjuster on the spot). I was completely lost as to how to deal with the insurance company and wasn’t even sure if I needed a lawyer. Looking back now I can say it was one of the best decisions of my life. From my Dr appointments, prescriptions and surgery all the way to my settlement Susan and her awesome staff answered and every question I had and allowed me to concentrate on getting better. I can’t say enough about them.”
S.S.; 41-year-old delivery driver with low back surgery.

“I worked on my job for over 18 years when I suddenly found myself with a broken back and paralyzed leg due to a work injury. The company I worked for gave me a hard time about it, even telling employees they would get fired for even talking to me. And to top it off, the workers comp insurance company would only send me to the cheapest of doctors. They first sent me to a doctor that misdiagnosed my broken back simply saying I needed 8 weeks of physical therapy. I endured the 8 weeks, with my pain only getting worse, and my leg still not regaining any feeling. I told the insurance company that I needed a second opinion, because I was getting worse, and they refused. So I went on a hunt for a lawyer, and found Susan. She explained to me the way that the law works when it comes to workers comp, because I had never been injured on the job, how would I know what my rights are? Well, I was informed that legally I could get 1 second opinion, and workers comp then knew, they had to follow the law, and allow me to see another doctor. Well, after getting injured, several people recommended this one doctor, and that’s who I went to see. He looked at the SAME MRI of my back, only to say uh oh, we have a problem. Your back basically has exploded in this area, causing the paralyzation below the knee on that leg. If it hadn’t been for Susan, I wouldn’t have been able to see that doctor to get the right diagnosis. BUT the story continues. I had to have back surgery, which relieved me of my pain. During surgery, an ulcer formed on my paralyzed foot that over a year, tunneled to the bone, got infected, and got staph infection in the bone. The insurance company didn’t want to cover the now necessary leg amputation since they only provided doctors that gave crappy care , BUT Susan and her team were persistent, and at the last minute, when surgery was already scheduled awaiting approval, the insurance company approved the surgery to be done. Before the surgery, I was given a death sentence. With my foot in the shape that it was in, I was given 6 months to live. After surgery at the follow-up appointment, the doctor said I have some good news and bad news. The good news is that the infection is gone, the bad news, you had gangrene, and had less than 6 weeks to live. BUT the story still continues. As we all know, when you get a leg amputation, you get a prosthetic. Before my accident, I had a leg that functioned perfectly. Now, I have a stump on that side, so I expect to have a functioning leg when I get a prosthetic. Well, the insurance company fought tooth and nail on not paying for a leg. Once again, Susan and her team stayed on it, and I was able to get a leg. About a year after I got my prosthetic, I started having bone coming out of my leg. Apparently, from the amputation surgery, I had blood pool on the inside of my leg creating bone, and the prosthetic rubbed it, breaking it, causing it to form a sore that grew larger and larger as more and more bone came out. So, once again, I needed another surgery, and of course, the insurance company wanted to fight me on it. As always, Susan and her team were persistent, and made it happen. Without Susan and her team, I would not be here today for my wife and kids. I am forever grateful for their persistence, and willingness to stick with me over a long 3 years.”
K. B.; 42-year-old drill press operator with low back surgery and above-the-knee amputation.

“I would like to thank Susan J. Sadow and her staff from the bottom of my heart for all their hard work in representing me! I found myself in a very stressful work related accident, had surgery that did not correct my injury and put me at odds between my physician and employer. I was Blessed to find Susan Sadow and my situation took a New Direction as I was approved to see a very prominent orthopedic surgeon. My second surgery was a success and my case was resolved! The word that I think best describes Susan Sadow would be Professional!”
J.K.; 55-year-old tire repairman with multiple shoulder surgeries.

“She was the best, from day one she answered every question I could think of. She will even answer her cell phone for a client. Her staff is by far the most trying and helpful women ever. She truly helped me through my 1st time on workers’ compensation, as far as doctors, medication, getting my weekly payment just anything really. And of course the settlement was what we wanted and needed to move forward in life. She will fight for you tooth and nail, just believe and listen to her.”
P.W., 32-year-old truck driver with low back surgery.

“Susan Sadow and her staff are awesome! Susan is always responsive and does an excellent job at making sure her client’s needs are met. When I first hired Susan, I was displaced from my home for over 2 years awaiting workers comp approval to make the necessary home modifications to ensure accessibility. Within just a couple of months, Susan had worked out an agreement to get me back in my home! Additionally, Susan’s staff is very professional, as well as personable. I highly recommend this law firm!”
D.H., 59-year-old driver with quadriplegia.

“Wow! I was very impressed with Susan Sadow and her team of professionals. When I first encountered my lawyer (Susan Sadow) and her team, I could not help but to feel a sense of relief in the way she assisted and listened to my needs. She is steadfast in her delivery and well-regarded in her profession. The communication between the office and client was second to none. My suggestion to anyone looking for a lawyer that cares enough and that executes positive results are . . . to be ready with what is asked of you to expedite your case because they are diligent and punctual. I highly recommend this competent team of experts to anyone seeking a bona-fide experience with a “Brand” (Susan Sadow) that lives up to her name. The person however, is left to be experienced by those seeking her personal attention. I pray that God blesses this team to help many more in need of help. GREAT JOB TEAM!!! AWESOME!!!”
E.K., 47-year-old stockman with shoulder injury.

“I would like to say that working with this lawyer, I had a wonderful experience. She met all my needs and expectations that I required of her. She was very informative about all the questions I had, and returned all my phone calls. It was like working with a friend that really cared. Her staff were very helpful with any concerns or questions asked or needed. Her staff comes highly recommended for the excellent work they provide”
H.M., 61-year-old forklift driver with low back surgery.

“Susan is very knowledgeable and very professional in her work. I am very happy in the way she keeps her clients updated and informed on what is going on with their case. I recommend her highly for any legal matter you encounter.”
L.H., 66-year-old bookkeeper with multiple knee replacement surgeries.

“From the beginning when I began looking for an attorney Susan Sadow’s name jumped out in front of all the other attorneys listed. And so from my first consultation by phone I knew I wanted to hire her. When we met, the meeting didn’t take long and the client-attorney relationship was established and bonded. Susan Sadow’s professional conduct exceeds many other attorneys. And on behalf of me and my family we would like to express our gratitude by saying thank you very much to her in this review.”
C.W., 57-year-old driver with low back injury.

“Susan is the best!! I was referred to her by a friend one year ago because I was diagnosed with Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which posed great concern regarding my employment and the type of treatment I was entitled to. Susan didn’t disappoint me at anything during my entire treatment and was there for me during the entire process. By the way, she also has the BEST office staff ever!! The Ladies are Awesome!!! Thank you Susan for Everything and Working hard for me!!”
K.W., 33 year-old appointment scheduler with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.

“I thank God for helping me choose Susan Sadow and her staff to represent me in my workers’ comp case. Besides being professional and courteous, they also helped me get the best medical care, advised me on the ins and outs, do’s and don’ts of my case. Susan and her staff are hands down the best when it comes to workers’ compensation cases, besides being the sweetest. Thank you so much Ladies!!!”
H.M., 64-year-old material handler with low back injury.

“I want to thank God Almighty for directing me to Susan J. Sadow as my legal representative. When I had my injury I had no clue how to handle the case. When I contacted Susan and her team they gave me the ABC’s of Georgia Workers Comp Law and they were always available to answer any questions I had with my case. I was treated with respect. I could not have had a better legal team. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsible and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly I received ALL my medical treatment without any problems. Susan is a people’s lawyer. Words cannot express how grateful I am to her and her amazing team.”
J.K., 59-year-old production manager with tibia and fibula fractures.

“It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I knew absolutely nothing about finding a lawyer to help me with my workers’ compensation case. Ms. Sadow and her staff always treated me with respect and kept me informed. When I called the office someone would always help me and they returned every email. I am so thankful for Ms. Sadow. Because I couldn’t of made the progress that I have without her. If you want the best this is your team.”
E.T.; 50-year-old house manager with neck and shoulder injuries.

“Ms. Sadow is the BEST. She or her office was always available to answer any question that I may had concerning my case. She gave me straightforward answers and she always told me the truth. We settled my case in a satisfactory time frame with a fair settlement amount. If you want someone that is truthful, responsible and a total professional she is the one. I have worked with several different law firms over the years (in other legal business matters) and I have never met anyone of her caliber. Again I can not express how wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and caring she is. If you want the best representation Susan Sadow will do the very best, for YOU.”
B.G., 66-year-old flight attendant with compression fracture.

“Before you make the same mistake I did and get sucked in by one of those TV commercial lawyers, please read this and learn from my mistakes. You will need the very best attorney to handle your WC case and that attorney is Susan Sadow. My first mistake was going with the TV ad attorney. During the first nine months of my treatment and recovery the WC insurance company was totally in control and my recovery was not going well. I only saw their physicians and it would take weeks to a month or more for the WC insurance company to approve each test, x-ray, or step of my medical treatment and rehabilitation. My so-called attorney was letting them do whatever they wanted. I would call my attorney for help, but was unable to speak with him. I was in a horrible nightmare and had no one to help me.

Now let me back up a little and tell you about my injury. On July 19, 2012, I fell 15 feet off a ladder while at work. Because of the severity of my injuries, a nurse case manager was assigned to my case by the WC insurance company to manage my care. I had three major surgeries to my left leg and the damage to my neck was so severe and extensive I was advised my neck was inoperable. After a year and eight months my employer let me go because of my inability to return to work. My entire life and future was completely out of control.

I finally got smart and by the grace of God, did some research and found Susan Sadow. Once Susan and her diligent staff took control of my case everything got better. Susan redirected my treatment starting with a new nurse case manager, (one who cared about me), then physicians and medical specialists. My treatment moved along in a timely manner and everything improved. Eventually, I finally reached Maximum Medical Improvement. I am disabled and not able to do much of anything without stirring up a lot of pain and or migraines. Susan made sure I received the best medical treatment that was available. It is just because of the severity of my injuries that I am disabled.

Next, Susan worked on getting me a good settlement. Her knowledge and expertise in the mediation process is second to none. Susan expertly navigated the mediation and got me a fair settlement. Susan and her staff, Marie, Brandy, and Reba, genuinely cared about every aspect of me, not just the case. They cared about what my future after the case was over, looked like. They worked tirelessly to make sure my future was as good as it could possibly could be. Every time I called with a question it was answered and if I needed to talk with Susan I was able to, or if she was unavailable, in a timely manner she would return my call. I am totally happy with Susan and her staff. I only wish I would have started with Susan from the beginning. Heartfelt blessings.”
J.C., 63-year-old satellite installer with neck, femur and knee injuries.

“Before you ‘Call Kurt because you got hurt’ or any of the other attorneys who churn out commercials daily, do your research and you will find out what I did: that Susan Sadow is the best WC attorney in the state of Georgia.

I had a complex case: two injuries while working for the same employer but the first injury occurred while covered by insurer “A” and the second occurred later while covered by insurer “B”. I had tried to handle the process on my own and had surgery performed by the doctor on the list provided by my employer, with unsuccessful and inferior results. I felt overwhelmed by the entire process.

I then researched “Best WC Lawyers in Georgia” and found her! Top 25 Super Lawyer multiple years in a row. Susan was able to use her extensive and superior knowledge and experience to sort through the difficulty of the cases to get me to the best doctors and specialist in the field. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Although I am unable to return to work, Susan negotiated a fair and equitable settlement. My many thanks to the team of Reba, Marie and Brandy who always responded quickly and compassionately to my questions and concerns. They always treated me like family and had my best interest at heart.”
C.W., 57-year-old picker with shoulder surgery and low back injury.

“This is my testimonial about the work and staff of Susan J. Sadow’s law firm. Inapproximately March of 2014, I walked into Susan’s office and I was greeted with complete professionalism. I came to Susan for her help about 10 months after I had been seriously hurt at work due to other people’s negligence and bad decision making. At the time I was being bullied by co-workers and management to a point where I was afraid to make waves for fear of losing my job in the long run.

I was unaware that the company I worked for was not going to stand behind me and make sure that I received the medical care I desperately needed and would abandon me in the middle of the medical process. By not knowing my legal rights, I was letting my medical care go out the window. Thanks to Susan’s quick thinking, professionalism and honestly listening to my situation, she discovered that they had underpaid me. Because of her knowledge, I was allowed to receive much needed medical attention. Also thanks to her intelligence, she had her staff follow-up with me on the details of my pay checks and immediately got me a check for $7995.00 in lost back pay.

I can’t tell you how hard the ladies in the office continuously and diligently worked on my case and fought for every dime I was owed. They went through months of my paystubs to help me recover my lost pay. If that wasn’t enough, Susan and her staff fought to get me the best medical care I was eligible for. Due to their hard work I will walk again somewhat normally. My injuries included a knee and foot injury. When this process is over, I will have a minimum of 4 surgeries, including a total knee replacement. Without their help and continuous battle against workers’ compensation and the company I worked for, I would have been responsible for at least 3 surgeries to pay for by myself and I would have faced the possibility of being disabled for the rest of my life. There is not enough gratitude for all of their help, professionalism and extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation laws.

If you are contemplating a great law office or not sure what you should do? I would highly recommend this law firm to handle your case. My only advice would be to sit back, try to breathe and let these people do what they do best. My case is not over and has been ongoing for 1 year and 10 months but they have protected and advised me on every little question the entire way. When this is done, I have no doubt that I will celebrate a victory because of them.”
C.F., 48-year-old truck driver with knee and foot injuries.

“I want to take this time to extend to Susan and her magnificent staff a heartfelt Thank You. You have taken care of me and my workers compensation case from the moment I picked up the phone and reached out to you. In April 2013, I had an accident at work. I initially chose a physician and went forward without the benefit of Susan’s counsel. I did not know how much I would need her in my corner. My decision to call her proved to be one of the smartest moves I made during the course of my rehabilitation. She redirected my treatment and aligned me with physicians and specialists with whom she had the utmost confidence. In addition to her professionalism and friendliness, she introduced me to her staff who never failed to make me feel important and valued. Reba, Marie and Brandy were always friendly and personable. I never hesitated to express any concerns o may have had. They always addressed them immediately. I would recommend Susan and her firm to anyone needing her expertise and counsel. Thank You for the Great Job! Have a Happy Holiday and New Year.”
D.D., 45-year-old bulk picker with bilateral rotator cuff repairs.

“Susan is not only an excellent lawyer but a great person as well. The sense of altruism displayed by Susan and her staff was amazing. My first attorney seemed to have little time for me so I decided to make a switch. I spoke with all of the big work comp firms in Atlanta but none of them gave me the true feel that they really cared about my case like Susan did. I was amazed at the knowledge of her staff and the friendly manner in which I was greeted with each phone call. But what was truly impressive was her response time to my phone calls and emails. Though I know she has thousands of clients I truly felt that I was the only client her firm had because of the manner in which I was treated. Prior to mediation Susan told me “We will stay there until the cows come home to get you a fair settlement.” Well the cows did not come home but a tornado was nearby and you could hear the warning sirens. Needless to say Susan kept plugging away and ended up settling my case for an amount that my prior attorney came nowhere close to. Leaving my old attorney and switching over to her was truly a win-win situation for me. Susan is by far, in my opinion, the best work comp attorney not only in the metro Atlanta area but in the state of Georgia. If you truly want results, retain Susan Sadow.”
R.C., 50-year-old director of sales and training with cervical fusion.

“I am currently working with Mrs. Sadow with my workers comp case and she is amazing. What surprised me about her was that she GENUINELY cares for her clients. This isn’t just a “I’m going to get my paycheck out of this guy” attorney : she wants to know your future plans, she wants to know about your family, she asks about them, she asks about your well-being and she legitimately looks out for your best interest. Every time we talk, she makes sure that we discuss our original plans of me going back to school since my injury has put me out of work completely. She works fast and hard, and is thorough. I highly recommend her for any type of workers comp litigation you may encounter.”
T.C., 29-year-old loader with low back injury.

“Last year I injured my back while working, not only was I in a lot of pain, I was also totally ignorant of the work-comp system. Well I knew right away that I needed professional help. I chose Susan Sadow who has over 30 years experience. Mrs. Sadow has an awesome legal team that also reflects her very own professionalism. I now have a great doctor and all the benefits I’m entitled to. All I had to do was focus on getting well, she took care of the rest! Unfortunately my injury was to severe to return to my job which requires heavy lifting, so in the end Mrs. Sadow saw to it that I received a great settlement. So if you are hurt and need a work-comp lawyer I highly recommend that you call Susan Sadow. I’m glad I chose her firm and you will be glad to. Trust me, the work-comp system is quite complicated, the sooner you call, the better.”
K.J., 45-year-old driver with back injury.

“After my work injury I felt lost. I was hurt and on top of that being bombarded to make decisions by my employer. Decisions that I knew would greatly affect my future. I didn’t know which way to go, until I met with Susan. After speaking briefly with her, I knew I had found my attorney. She is extremely knowledgeable about workers’ compensation law. I hired her and instantly felt relief from having someone like her on my side. It took a lot of my stress away. I could not have made it through this process without her and her entire staff! They feel like family!”
J.W., 41-year-old tire builder with CRPS/RSD.

“Susan was very informative. She handled my whole case saving me valuable time and money. She always had time to speak with me and returned calls promptly. I would have and have recommended her for more cases.”
J.O., 34-year-old service technician with neck injury.

“I want to tell you how much I appreciate all of the hard work you did for me. I know I may have got on your nerves by calling so much and I am sorry if I did. But now the end is here and it is going to be hard to say goodbye because you wonderful ladies have become a part of my family. So I will not say goodbye. I will say until I see you again. I pray that God blesses each of you with a wonderful life. My family and I will never forget you and I hope we can stay in touch. Thank you so very much.”
S.J., 39-year-old truck driver with knee injury.

“Just wanted to take a minute and say Thank You for all the hard work that you and your fabulous “crew” put into my W/C case. It was a great relief knowing I had someone in my corner, helping to fight the battle. There was never a time that I called or had questions that the phone didn’t get answered. Someone was always there to help me. Reba, Brandy and Marie are great at what they do. Ms. Reba really went over and beyond the call of duty to make my life a lot less stressful.

It’s an awful experience to get hurt at work and then not have a good list of Doctors to pick from or know where to go. Thank You for helping me pick the right Doctors and getting me to the right places. The Sadow Law Firm was the best move I made toward making my life a lot better. You really helped me make the best of a bad situation. You and your team are number one in my book. Thanks again.”
M.C., 50-year-old mechanic with knee, shoulder and back injuries.

“What can I say about Mrs. Susan Sadow and her team that hasn’t already been said? I am truly grateful for the Outstanding job that this office performed on my behalf. Susan’s reputation preceded her and I must say that I was not disappointed. The professionalism that this office provides is top notch. During this process I encountered some difficulties with the workers’ compensation team, but Susan and her team handled every speed bump in the process with speed, and complete resolve every time. My family and I were treated not only as valued clients, but were treated like family. I am truly grateful for everything that Susan and her team did for my family, and I would highly recommend Susan and her team to any and everyone who is in need of the BEST workers compensation attorney in the world. On behalf of myself, and my family, I want to say we love you guys, and thank you very much for all that you have done!!”
E.M., 40-year-old courier with back injury.

“Mrs. Sadow, I just want to say thank you for all you’ve done for me. And for getting everything approved so fast, there was a bunch to get approved. You have a really great staff. The women you have working for you are in my opinion the best group of paralegals anywhere. Everyone is extremely nice, and easy to talk to, and didn’t mind my rants sometimes because they understood my situation. I’m glad I came across your site when I was researching worker comp laws myself. I’m glad you treated me like a person and not a number or a case file. Even though I live five and a half hours away you all still took time to talk to me and made it easy to understand the way things work. From the bottom of my heart my family and I thank you. Thank you!!”
W.J., 46-year-old serviceman with multiple knee surgeries.

“Day after day I was more and more convinced that I got the perfect choice for a lawyer in my case. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend that anyone who is hurt on the job contact Susan J. Sadow. Every time that I needed something, Susan and her staff were there to help me. It is a pleasure working with her office. I feel great about my settlement and I do not think that a better settlement could have been reached in my case.”
C.I., 46-year-old groundskeeper with elbow injury.

“Not knowing what to expect at the beginning of this process, I have to say Susan and her team of fabulous gals made this as smooth as possible for me. Her expertise was well appreciated. Susan is very informative and very willing to explain everything in detail. I have to applaud one other person assigned to my case and that would be Claudine Lusk, my rehab supplier. She was amazing as well.

I would strongly recommend Susan for an attorney if ever you’re in need. Not only is she professional, but kind caring and compassionate. She’s terrific!”
E.C., 61-year-old nurse with lumbar laminectomy and fusion.

“I was hurt in an on the job accident and the insurance company would not do anything to help me in any way. The adjuster would not take my calls or return any calls I made to them that is when I made the call to Susan and I could not believe what a change she made in just a few days. I was sent to a very good Doctor my adjuster was calling me to see if I needed anything all of my checks were on time. I could not believe what a difference having someone with her experience representing me could make but it sure did. Susan and her team were so caring and professional and I should add dedicated to making sure that I was kept informed every step of the way and all of my needs were taken care of. She is worth her weight in gold when it comes to getting her clients what they need. When time came for a settlement in my case, she was on top of that as well. When someone needs help you need Susan Sadow in your corner. I am sure glad I had her in mine.”
R.S., 57-year-old truck driver who had low back surgery.

“I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to all 4 of you ladies. Good times and bad, you were all there for me. You LISTENED to me and that helped me at times the most. I realize now just how difficult my case was. You ladies almost seem like family instead of the professionals you are. You always got back to me in a timely manner (usually the same day) and your follow up in keeping me posted was beyond my expectations. You truly wanted the best surgical outcome for me and the specialist I asked for, I received. Susan took the time so I could understand “lawyer-ese” communication and I was very comfortable in mediation. I even took my 10 year old granddaughter to mediation and she said she “was treated like a princess”. That alone meant everything to me. If ever I need your services again, I will certainly know who to call. Susan, Brandy, Reba & Marie, YOU LADIES ARE THE BEST!”
S.W., 50-year-old hospice nurse with rotator cuff and hip injuries.

“Susan and those in her office are among the best people I know period. They took everything that they done very meaningful and personal in my opinion. I until this point had never used a lawyer for anything and honestly was rather nervous having heard so many bad things about attorney experiences from other people. Susan and her staff have one hundred percent changed that outlook for me. I am kind of a stern and straight forward person and I honestly can say that the way they treated me so much like family actually brought tears to my eyes several times. They treated me more like family than my actual family and friends and I was well satisfied with the outcome of everything. She is tough she is very persistent in her pursuit of what her clients deserve. I sat in her office the last time after things were settled and cried because of the fact of knowing I would likely not see her and her staff again for a long time. I would recommend her to anyone any day and stand beside her if asked to because she is an amazing person and an even better attorney. Atlanta and Georgia are very lucky to have her. Thank you Susan.”
K.H., 40-year-old mechanic’s trainee with above-the-elbow amputation.

“To Susan and Team: Thank you for your hard work and effort. We appreciate it. Thanks everyone. I have no idea where we would be without you. You guys are the best!”
H.C., 34-year-old CDL operator with rotator cuff injury.

“Thank you so very much for helping me with my case. You and your entire staff are wonderful! I also have to thank you for your gentle nudge in directing my career path. After our last meeting, I decided to look into what it would take to become a paralegal; I have been accepted into the Paralegal Certification program at Clayton State University. If you had not planted that seed in me, I am pretty sure I would not have moved in that direction. Again, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done and I hope I may reach out to you as a reference at some point in the near future.

Thank you.”
C.M., 38-year-old flight attendant with lumbar fusion.

“Over the last 4 and 1/2 years, I have had a lot of troubles. Never once did they seem to bother you. You walked me thru everything that I would be expected to deal with and you never missed once. I know that I am not the easiest person to deal with but you never got upset you were very professional and I am very thankful for that.

Your staff Reba and Brandy were very helpful in helping me. There were many times that they went way beyond their job to help me with my medicine. And any other problems that came up. I really don’t know how to say thank you for every thing that all of you have done for me.

Over the last 4 years I feel that I have made some very dear friends that I plan on keeping in contact with all of you.

Above all the way that all of you handled my case was with the most professional and expertise. Also you treated me with courtesies and compassion. I wish to thank you for everything that you have done for me.

I will say that if anyone need a truly professional team I will say that you are the best team I have ever dealt with. I will be glad to talk to any one and let them know how well you done for me. I will recommend you to any one that need a true professional.”
R.F., 53-year-old truck driver with knee injury.

“Imagine my surprise on Friday, February 22, when I opened my Wall Street Journal and out came a glossy insert with your name in it. I was very impressed with the various descriptions of the Best attorneys in Georgia for 2013; I know how hard you and your husband have worked in your careers to develop that standing. It takes a long time to create, but the benefits are substantial. As a client of yours, I feel that my specific interests in my case will be well served and I am very happy that you are leading the way in this representation. Congratulations on an honor well deserved!!”
J.W., 67-year-old administrative specialist with total hip replacement.

“Thank you so much Mrs. Sadow for everything you and your team did for me. I hired Mrs. Sadow shortly after I had lost my warehouse job due to a knee injury. When I first sustained the injury, I did everything in my power to work through it for fear of losing my job if I took time off work for surgery. My knee constantly gave out on me at work and I was told by the doctor that I had no choice but to get the knee surgically repaired. As soon as the doctor released me from work my company fired me. I was not given any instructions on how the workers comp process would work, if I would be eligible for rehire, or even how to continue getting medical benefits. Even the Doctor I was dealing with seemed to word things very much to my now ex-employer’s benefit rather than to mine. I felt as though nobody was in my corner or had my back in this whole process. That all changed though the second I hired Mrs. Sadow to represent me. She put me in touch with the best doctor and physical therapy team out there who actually care about you and your progress. They understand the hardship you are going through. She and her team took over every aspect of dealing with the insurance adjuster and made sure that I received everything that I needed in a timely fashion. Once I hired Mrs. Sadow she handled everything. It felt as though I was no longer backed into a corner by my ex-employer and their insurance company. With Mrs. Sadow now in my corner I felt as though I had the upper hand and the whole process went very smoothly from that day forward. She and her team provided comfort and assurance in a very difficult time in my life. I am very thankful for her and her team and everything they did for me. If anyone should find themselves going through this type of hardship in life I would highly recommend Mrs. Sadow. I obtained a very nice settlement and finances are no longer a concern as I search for employment elsewhere.”
J.P., 28-year-old machine operator with knee injury.

“Thank you so much for standing up for me during this long, aggravating process! I am very lucky to have you on “my side” during this entire, grueling ordeal. You have helped me get much needed medical treatment approved. Without you, I would have been totally “lost” during this battle with the w/c insurance company and denied much needed diagnostic tests and treatment. I can’t say thank you enough! And I appreciate Brandy and Reba being there for me as well. They are very professional as well as personable. They both treated me with much needed compassion! I have so much respect for you and your staff!”
S.W., 42-year-old dental hygienist with back, neck and bilateral knee injuries.

“Thank you for what you do and all your help. Just talking to you, Mrs. Sadow and the rest, y’all are all really nice people and pleasant to talk to. I am glad I came across Mrs. Sadow’s website, to have people who really actually care about us as people, (the ones hurt) and not as a cash box. I know a lot of lawyers who won’t talk to their clients much when they call or need something, but you all are always there. I greatly appreciate that. I tried to go as far as I could without getting a lawyer because of where I work. I’ve been there about 14 years. Anyway, thank you and everyone for being there at a phone call away or an email away. I really didn’t know how this would work with me being over 250 miles away. But it has, I’m glad.”
W.J., 44-year-old helper in car industry with knee injury.

“I hired Susan over the phone. She was in Atlanta and I am in South Georgia over 4 hours away so it was over a year before I was able to meet her in person so I had to put my trust in her and her team (an Amazing Team). Susan and her Team were able to get me the money I deserved from the accident I had at work.”
T.J., 30-year-old veterinary assistant with shoulder injury and complex regional pain syndrome.

“We hired Susan Sadow after my husband had been hurt on the job. He worked (for 22 years) for a large, Atlanta based delivery service (think “Brown”). After his 3rd surgery, this company did everything in their power to get him to QUIT, although his injury was through no fault of his own. Eventually he realized he was not going to be able to continue working in his capacity with the company. They refused to offer any accommodations, and refused to offer an alternate position. (Remember, he had been there 22 years and had received many commendations for outstanding performance/service.) Over and over, they did everything to suggest that it was my husband’s fault. It became clear that we would have to get legal counsel in order to receive an equitable outcome, and we called Susan. From that first contact, she was wonderful. Warm, encouraging, and also very realistic in telling us what to expect during the process. She was able to get my husband a nice settlement and he is now able to recover and recuperate without worrying about finances. He is also happier and more relaxed than I have seen him in years. I would recommend Susan without any hesitation at all. She knows the law, knows the WC industry, and knows how to get a case settled! Thank you Susan!”
R.A., 49-year-old driver with back injury.

“I highly recommend Susan’s practice and her entire staff. I feel you were really personal and cared. Also, it was refreshing to have an attorney who is very straightforward and honest with you about your case. I thank you all for your help and helping me get my W.C. case resolved! Best Regards to you all!!”
D.B., 58-year-old bio-lab technician with back injury.

“I am grateful for what Susan Sadow and her staff have done for me. I injured myself at work. My treatment was delayed. After I was told that I fractured my ankle, I saw a WC doctor who said I had a bad sprain. After being persistent and continuing to inform the doctor that I was in constant pain, I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who, unfortunately, believed the medical records his colleague placed in the system. I continued to fight with the doctors about the pain I was feeling. Finally I had an MRI which showed some damage to ligaments and tendons. I was scheduled for surgery within 3 weeks. I had the surgery and 3 weeks later the doctor was sending me back to work but I couldn’t walk. I didn’t know of any recourse so I started to look for a lawyer. I found the Georgia Super Lawyer website and read the profiles of several lawyers. The one that stood out to me was Susan Sadow! I am so glad that I hired her as my counsel in this matter. I am partially permanently disabled from my injury. I had a rating from the doctor of 15% to my whole body, but when it was presented to Susan, she realized that the rating should have been to my lower extremity and the doctor changed it to 37%. That increased the value of my rating by more than $15k. I have medical for life and I still have my job! Thank you Susan!!!!”
K.M., 36-year-old customer service agent with ankle injury.

“I would like to thank Susan and “the Supremes” for being a dynamic force on my husband’s case and in my life. We came from counsel who was very slow to answer and ultimately, required that I did all the footwork on the case. My stress levels were on overload, and I was left to deal with things that could have compromised my husband’s case. I am so grateful that God led us to the direction of Mrs. Sadow. She and her team have accomplished more in the past few weeks, than our old counsel accomplished over the last 6 months. Susan gave us very clear directions from the first day we met with her, with my favorite being, “send everything to my office and we’ll take care of it.” What a load off my shoulders!! I am so happy that I am now able to focus on helping my husband cope with his injury and healing, without the worry of whether or not things are being taken care of. Susan Sadow is without a doubt a “Power Attorney” and her staff is incredible. We finally have someone that we wholeheartedly TRUST in our corner!”
L.K., husband is 36-year-old production worker with crush injury.

“Susan, I would just like to thank you for your time, compassion, support and hard work you showed while working on my case and getting it settled. You took the time to explain in detail the process of workman’s comp and gave me enough information to refer back to when I had a questions. Thank you.”
T.A., 37-year-old customer service rep. with hip and back injuries.

“Susan J. Sadow and her professional staff was a blessing to me while going through a tough journey in my life. Miracles can and do happen. Believing in the impossible can be some of your darkest days; but when I retained Susan J. Sadow she lifted the stressful days that were to follow while going through the Workers’ Compensation process. I would like to say Thank you, Susan and staff for your dedication. If you’re looking for an awesome attorney who will go to battle for you then you found the right person just give Susan J. Sadow a call. I highly recommend her legal services.”
C.H., 44-year-old office assistant with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.

“Susan & the girls! You’re the Best!! I wanted to say THANK YOU for all your support and expertise. I don’t know what I would have done without you all. Hope you all have a wonderful 2012 and thank you – once again.”
D.D., 44-year-old food server with shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries.

“I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me. I know that I am not the easiest person to work with or for. But I knew that to have a chance with my insurance company and to be treated fairly I needed a true professional and someone who cares.

You and your staff have many times went far beyond what you had to do. Reba and Brandy have been very helpful. When I was having trouble getting my meds they both fought to get them taken care of even when it was after hours. When the time came to settle the case, Susan fought and got what she knew was fair for me. I was totally and completely surprised by what she was able to do for me. I am for every thankful for everything that you have done for me. You and your staff Reba and Brandy have my most heartfelt thanks.”
R.F., 52-year-old hazardous explosives truck driver with total knee replacement.

“After being treated poorly by my former employer and their insurance company after being seriously injured on the job I retained Susan as my attorney. Before I hired her I interviewed a few other attorneys and Susan was the only one to answer me honestly during my interview with her. As soon as I hired her, my former employer and their insurance company changed their attitude and the way they were treating me for the better. Susan and her whole staff were professional, caring, and a pleasure to deal with in one of the hardest times in my life. With their direction and guidance I was able to survive financially and emotionally a very difficult time. Susan recently handled my settlement and I must say I am very pleased and received more than I expected to get. I will recommended Susan Sadow to anyone who is in need of a workers comp attorney.”
A.H., 35-year-old audit technician with elbow injury.

“If you need a reliable attorney for your Workers Compensation case, Susan Sadow is the person to call. You will not be disappointed. There’s not much I can say that hasn’t been said before. Her expertise, knowledge, accessibility and professional manner in which she handles a challenging situation makes her to be in a class of her own. I felt taken care of and well informed during the whole process of my case and at the end brought me a settlement during mediation with better than expected results. Thanks Susan! Now I understand why she has the reputation of being the “BEST WORKERS COMPENSATION ATTORNEY IN ATLANTA” in addition to being highly respected within the professional community.”
M.G., 55-year-old flight attendant with low back injury.

“After getting hurt on the job and finding out I was in need of surgery as a result. I asked my employer for their WC insurance phone number but was DENIED the number. So I googled WC attorneys in Georgia and Susan Sadow’s website popped up. I called her and told her my situation, she said she could help me AND boy did she!!!!! My hands were tied without her, my rights were denied without her. She is a must!!! God bless her and her staff (Reba & Brandy) for all that they do!”
R.B., 56-year-old manual machinist with shoulder injury.

“Thanks to the law office of Susan Sadow for getting a settlement on my injury. I had 3 carpal tunnel surgeries on my right hand over a 5 year period. I was doing alot of repetitive motion as a cake decorator in a high volume bakery. Reba and Brandy are very professional and helpful . I received personal care from everyone in the office and they were all there for me when i needed it most! I think the service they all provide is excellent. I was happy after all the stress of not knowing which way to turn due to my pain and injury. So glad i turned to the W/C office of Susan J. Sadow. THANKS!”
M.A., 50-year-old cake decorator with carpal tunnel syndrome.

“I enjoyed having you for a lawyer. I know we have been through a lot in the past. My experience has been a pleasurable one. I will recommend you to anyone that’s looking for a friend as well as a lawyer. I love and thank you for everything that you have done for me.”
B.S., 37-year-old sanitation team leader with low back injury.

“Susan Sadow and her wonderful team of ladies (Reba & Brandy) make your bad days and nights seem worth living. Susan takes the bull by the horn from day one and tackles your case as if her life depends on it. I have known Susan for 10 years and had the pleasure of watching her grow into the most compassionate attorney this state has ever had. In August 2008, I injured my back at work and no matter what the doctors did to treat me, it just was not working. I have lived with chronic back pain since then. Day & night I live with pain running from mid-back all the way down both legs. Susan helped me fight against workers comp so I could have the surgery I needed. Just as you feel like giving up, Reba or Brandy will answer the phone when you call with some off the wall question. No matter how crazy their day is, they always take the time to listen to you complain and allow you to cry and then some how make you laugh before hanging up. Susan, Reba and Brandy are very professional at what they do. I would stand behind the work these ladies do for each and every client. Thank you for every painstaking moment you all have given me. Lots of love to you. God bless you all for everything you do.”
M.M., 43-year-old office manager with back injury.

“It is my pleasure to offer this testimonial. A friend who is an attorney referred Susan Sadow to me. Knowing my personality and how I like to be treated personally and with respect, he thought she would be the perfect workers’ comp. attorney for me. He was absolutely correct! The minute I met Susan I was reassured that she was the right attorney. She answered every question with obvious expertise, and took the time to make sure I understood all that I was about to go through. She is very thorough and when I left her office after my first visit, I felt relief for the first time in a year. She made me feel that the weight of the world was off my shoulders. When it came to dealing with all of the people who had been making my life miserable for so long, she knew how to straighten them out and made them do the right thing. We were able to settle quickly and fairly. Lastly, one always hears that a professional is only as good as their staff – and this was no exception. Reba and Brandy are terrific!! They always called back when I left messages and also guided me along the way.”
T.H., 58-year-old registered nurse with back injury.

“In May 2009, I injured my knee in a work-related accident. I was immediately referred to Susan’s office by another attorney and I can tell you that retaining her services was the single best decision I have ever made. She and the ladies on her staff, Reba and Brandy, are extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. They communicated with me every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I may have had. It is important to know that from the day of my consultation with Susan, Reba and Brandy, through my 2 surgeries and through countless hours of rehabilitation, Susan and her staff were sincerely concerned with the status and quality of my recovery. While this part of the process goes largely unmentioned by other attorneys, regaining – as much as possible – the quality of life that you experienced before the accident is of the utmost importance to Susan, her staff and the highly qualified doctors, surgeons and rehabilitation specialists that she is associated with.

Look, I understand, first-hand, the concerns, the fear and doubt that may consume a person when faced with workers’ compensation issues. Let’s face it, on a good day life and the choices we make in it can be a little tricky. Second guessing, down the road, only comes into play when we were unsure of the first step. Calling Susan Sadow will be the surest first step you will make in this process. Simply by placing this issue in Susan’s hands you will empower her to put her sound expertise to work for you. Allow her to connect you with physicians and specialists that are the absolute best at one thing: getting people better! Because of her professionalism, resilience and determination to achieve the best possible outcome, I have and will continue to recommend her legal services.”
E.P., 40-year-old warehouse worker with knee injury.

“Susan was GREAT. I found her in early April 2010 and she worked me in the next day and I had a doctor’s appt within 10 days with a top notch doctor!!! The complete process took 10 months. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a W/C attorney. This was my first ever experience with W/C and I hope my last. 🙂 I have dealt with many attorneys over the last 30 years for many different issues. Susan is a real fire cracker!!”
C.S., 51-year-old office receptionist with shoulder injury.

“Susan is not only honest and trustworthy, but she’s extremely dedicated and truly cares about her clients. She will make sure that she knows about every detail about your case as it happens and she often even returns emails/calls within minutes. She is so involved and smart and it’s comforting to have an attorney who not only cares, but keeps you so updated w/your case. You can tell that she only has your best interests in mind, unlike so many others who only care about a quick settlement. Her staff is so sweet and knowledgeable too! It’s so scary to be involved with workers comp, but when Susan’s on your side, you know that she will win the fight every time. Don’t let her size fool you, that classy chic can intimidate the biggest of men and do it w/such grace. She has worked major miracles w/my case and given me back hope when I had lost almost everything. Hiring her is the one thing that I have ever done in my life that I’ve never doubted, so do yourself a favor and do the same. It will put your worries to rest and secure your financial future. Thanks Susan!”
T.T., 34-year-old nurse with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy/SMP.

“Usually when an individual needs to contact a lawyer it can be a time of anxiety and uncertainty in their life. Susan Sadow and her professional staff were a blessing to me during such a time in my life. They walked me through my difficult time step by step. Thank you Susan and staff!!”
F.C., 64-year-old foreman with knee injury.

“My back was injured on the job in 2008 and after one failed surgery and a year and a half of other treatments, the surgeon advised further surgery but the insurance company would not approve it. After I became totally stressed trying to deal with this alone, a friend highly recommended Susan. Not only was she professional and very competent, she also got a much larger settlement than I had even hoped for. Her staff is wonderful also. Do yourself a favor and call her. Deciding to have Susan represent me was the best decision I could have made.”
P.G., 64-year-old salesperson with herniated lumbar discs.

“Words cannot express how I am so truly grateful for my workers’ comp. attorney, none other than the greatest of all time, Mrs. Susan Sadow. It was her soft spoken voice, her quality customer service expertise and her knowledge of the law that impressed me to choose her for my attorney. She made sure that my employer did what they were supposed to do with my medical treatment. I was injured in an altercation with a male inmate and this left me unable to perform my job duties as a corrections officer. After we had settled my case, Susan phoned me about Kids’ Chance, Inc. This was truly a blessing for my daughter. Kids’ Chance helped her with a scholarship to attend school and to purchase her books. My daughter is doing exceptionally well and I appreciate Susan for doing such an outstanding job.”
C. C., 46-year-old corrections officer with shoulder injury.

“I was injured at work and I needed a workers comp attorney to help with my case. Workers comp or the insurance company started to give me hard time and the run around. I had bad experiences with lawyers in the past. However, I am very lucky to find workers comp attorney Susan J. Sadow. Susan was the best of all different attorneys I ever had. She was on the case the whole time. She kept me informed and fought very hard for me. As a matter of fact, she was more concerned about my case than I do. She is very active, energetic and I will miss her a lot. She is nice and friendly and I became to feel that she is family. If you want my advice and if you are injured at work, you need to contact Susan J. Sadow, the best. Susan J. Sadow staff is the best and good to work with. They just keep you informed and fight for you.”
S.I., 51-year-old assistant plant manager with peroneal nerve injury.

“It has been my pleasure to have Susan J. Sadow represent me in my workers compensation claim. Susan and her staff have provided professional and expert advice and assistance on all facets of my case. I truly believe that without her help, the w/c insurance company would have continued to string out the process to their favor and not provided me with the settlement I deserved.”
J. F., 36-year-old warehouse manager with herniated lumbar discs.

“Having Susan J. Sadow as my attorney has been a most enjoying and fulfilling experience. She is very much qualified and professional and one of the most nicest person I am glad to say I know. I also love that she is honest and precise. Choosing Susan J. Sadow to represent me in my workmans comp case was the best decision. It was such a good decision that she represented me twice.”
W.A., 38-year-old custodian with wrist and elbow injuries.

“I was recommended by a friend. My experience with the personnel was first class. Know-how great, always keep you up to date with what’s happening. Very pleasant and I was or am very pleased with the work they did.”
L.B., 63-year-old maintenance technician with herniated cervical and lumbar discs.

“How might I say this, what adjectives would apply, or what can be said to explain “PERFECT”? In my 68 years, I have never found, or had others speak of ANY Attorney, no matter what their expertise, that shows their #1 purpose is “THE CLIENT”. Me. From the moment Susan said “come in”, until “The Settlement”, My opinion and my judgement was a part of all she did. Susan does one thing, and she does it better than all others. None other in her field could qualify to park her car. Those of you who seek her services, will have to look “UP” to her when you meet. I now place her on a “PEDESTAL” way above all others.”
T.W., 68-year-old driver with herniated cervical and lumbar discs.

“My experience was a very enjoyable and educational one. I learned a lot about my rights as an injured worker. She and her staff were the best in keeping in contact with you and left you knowing what’s going on with your case. I would fully recommend her to anyone who is involved in a work related injury. I’m so happy I found a lawyer who cares about you and not just the case. THANK YOU for everything!”
T.B., 30-year-old merchandiser with bulging lumbar disc.

“I was a tractor trailer driver and during one of my runs, I was involved in an accident where the road caved in and caused my rig to overturn. I sustained a permanent injury to my right shoulder. The company and its doctors said that I was able to work and I tried to, however, the injury was so painful that I requested a second opinion. I obtained that opinion from a specialist who, after MRIs and exercise, determined that I was limited to a 10 lb push/pull/lift work status. After 6 months of workers compensation and no improvement (unless surgery was performed with doubt of its outcome), the workers compensation department decided that they wanted to make me an offer. I considered the offer, not feeling very good about it, and that’s when I knew something was “not right” and that I needed legal help. A friend of mine referred me to Attorney Susan J. Sadow. This was the best decision my wife and I had made. After our first meeting with Attorney Sadow, our minds were relieved as we knew we were in competent hands. Attorney Sadow immediately went to work on my behalf and my settlement was almost twice what the company had offered to settle with me and Attorney Sadow made sure that my medical benefits for the injury stayed intact and is covered. My testimony is: if you sustain an on-the-job injury, don’t go it alone and try to handle it yourself, contact Attorney Susan J. Sadow and let her take it all the way. She is very professional in all of her dealings and so is her staff. Thank you Attorney Sadow!”
J.S., 74-year-old truck driver with right shoulder and ear injuries.

“With all I had been through with being injured on the job and dealing with a not-so compassionate insurance company I felt hopeless. Finding my worker’s compensation lawyer Susan Sadow was a blessing in disguise. I was very comfortable with Susan and her staff, like I was part of the family. Susan made it her business to keep me posted on my case; making me feel even more positive and confident within this law firm. The settlement I received shows the hard work and diligence Susan and her staff exhibited while fighting for what I deserved. I will refer anyone in my situation to the Law Office of Susan J. Sadow. Thanks again so very much!”
C.L., 43-year-old truck driver with neck, back and shoulder injuries.

“I was a single mother who worked for the same government for over 18 years and was hurt on the job. It was devastating to say the least. I had taken a class a few years ago and heard Mrs. Sadow speak at a class and was very impressed. A friend of mine had used her and it took one call and from there, she took control and made sure my best interest was taken at heart. It wasn’t about the money but my health and my well being and being treated fairly. Not one time was she never available. She always returned the phone calls and her entire staff was extremely pleasant and on top of everything. I can’t imagine going through this without Susan and her staff! She made this as painless as could be and was supportive emotionally and when it came to settlement time, she was fearless. Don’t let her small size fool you. She knows the answer before you can ask the question. She fights to the bitter end for you. And that’s what you need in workers’ comp. She is the best!!”
L.P., 43-year-old law enforcement clerk with herniated lumbar discs.

“I am a Police Officer who was injured on the job while an inmate decided he wanted to fight with me. Although I am 6’2 282 pounds, I still managed to sustain injuries. Ms. Sadow met with me and was straight forward with me on each and every question I asked. Through the process of working with her, she was always available to answer all phone calls, check on my weekly checks, deal with any and all problems with the Dr. office, workers comp people and any issues with medicine. Which left nothing for me to have to worry about during a critical time. As an officer I have to have my shoulder and hand to protect myself and others. My career was on the line. She made sure I had the BEST care in the medical field available to me. She is the most trustworthy, dependable and honest attorney out there. I have met many attorneys and that is all I’ve been around being in Law Enforcement for over 23 years. Thank you Susan, you saved my arm and my career!”
S.S., 43-year-old police officer with shoulder impingement and neck injury.

“I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you working so hard on our behalf. I remember the first day I called your office and spoke to Reba and Brandy. I was so broken at that point and I felt not only helpless but hopeless, but I must say that after speaking to your office staff and then meeting with you in person for the first time at The Shepherd Center, this overwhelming sense of peace came over me knowing that with your knowledge, experience, and expertise our future would be secure. I can’t thank you enough. You’ve played a huge part in my husband’s recovery by allowing us to focus on his getting better and our children and not all of the legal mumbo jumbo. Thank you for all that you do both seen and unseen. God Bless!!!”
N.P., 37-year-old operator who suffered toxic exposure to liquid natural gas.

“Susan J. Sadow and her staff provided me with excellent representation throughout my workers’ compensation case. My claim was processed timely and her staff was very supportive in all of their endeavors. After reading Susan’s profile, I quickly summarized that she would work diligently to represent all of the residents of this state who have suffered unfortunate injuries and would need legal representation. There is no doubt that she is the best attorney in the State of Georgia for workers’ compensation! I do recommend her legally and personally.”
P.J., 42-year-old hospital nurse with shoulder injury.

“I was injured at work and I needed a workers comp attorney to help with my case. Workers comp or the insurance company started to give me hard time and the run around. I had bad experiences with lawyers in the past. However, I am very lucky to find workers comp attorney Susan Sadow. If you want my advice and if you are injured at work, you need to contact Susan Sadow, the best. Susan Sadow staff is the best and good to work with. They just keep you informed and fight for you.”
S.I., 51-year-old assistant plant manager with peroneal nerve injury.

“It has been my pleasure to have Susan Sadow represent me in my workers compensation claim.

“Having Susan Sadow as my attorney has been a most enjoying and fulfilling experience. She is very much qualified and professional and one of the most nicest person I am glad to say I know. I also love that she is honest and precise. Choosing Susan Sadow to represent me in my workmans comp case was the best decision. It was such a good decision that she represented me twice.”

I obtained that opinion from a specialist who, after MRIs and exercise, determined that I was limited to a 10 lb push/pull/lift work status. “When I first contacted Susan I was at a point where I didn’t know where to turn or what to do next. I was being told by one doctor that my hip couldn’t be fixed and then another was telling me that I needed a difficult operation with a long and drawn out recovery time, this is after being laid up for over 6 months. After our first meeting I knew she was the best person to handle my case. She and her staff of Brandy and Reba took charge of my case and brought it to a very happy conclusion. They kept me informed of how things were going the whole way. I never had a problem getting them to answer my questions, or getting my calls answered. I believe I couldn’t have found a better attorney to handle my case and would recommend her to anyone. Susan thank you for everything.”
