Testimonials
Susan and those in her office are among the best people I know period. They took everything that they done very meaningful and personal in my opinion. I until this point had never used a lawyer for anything and honestly was rather nervous having heard so many bad things about attorney experiences from other people. Susan and her staff have one hundred percent changed that outlook for me. I am kind of a stern and straight forward person and I honestly can say that the way they treated me so much like family actually brought tears to my eyes several times. They treated me more like family than my actual family and friends and I was well satisfied with the outcome of everything. She is tough she is very persistent in her pursuit of what her clients deserve. I sat in her office the last time after things were settled and cried because of the fact of knowing I would likely not see her and her staff again for a long time. I would recommend her to anyone any day and stand beside her if asked to because she is an amazing person and an even better attorney. Atlanta and Georgia are very lucky to have her. Thank you Susan.

To Susan and Team:
Thank you for your hard work and effort. We appreciate it. Thanks everyone.
I have no idea where we would be without you. You guys are the best!
H.C., 34-year-old CDL operator with rotator cuff injury.
Thank you so very much for helping me with my case. You and your entire staff are wonderful! I also have to thank you for your gentle nudge in directing my career path. After our last meeting, I decided to look into what it would take to become a paralegal; I have been accepted into the Paralegal Certification program at Clayton State University. If you had not planted that seed in me, I am pretty sure I would not have moved in that direction. Again, I cannot thank you enough for all you have done and I hope I may reach out to you as a reference at some point in the near future.
Thank you.
C.M., 38-year-old flight attendant with lumbar fusion
Over the last 4 and 1/2 years, I have had a lot of troubles. Never once did they seem to bother you. You walked me thru everything that I would be expected to deal with and you never missed once. I know that I am not the easiest person to deal with but you never got upset you were very professional and I am very thankful for that.
Your staff Reba and Brandy were very helpful in helping me. There were many times that they went way beyond their job to help me with my medicine. And any other problems that came up. I really don't know how to say thank you for every thing that all of you have done for me.
Over the last 4 years I feel that I have made some very dear friends that I plan on keeping in contact with all of you.
Above all the way that all of you handled my case was with the most professional and expertise. Also you treated me with courtesies and compassion. I wish to thank you for everything that you have done for me.
I will say that if anyone need a truly professional team I will say that you are the best team I have ever dealt with. I will be glad to talk to any one and let them know how well you done for me. I will recommend you to any one that need a true professional.
R.F., 53-year-old truck driver with knee injury
Imagine my surprise on Friday, February 22, when I opened my Wall Street Journal and out came a glossy insert with your name in it. I was very impressed with the various descriptions of the Best attorneys in Georgia for 2013; I know how hard you and your husband have worked in your careers to develop that standing. It takes a long time to create, but the benefits are substantial. As a client of yours, I feel that my specific interests in my case will be well served and I am very happy that you are leading the way in this representation. Congratulations on an honor well deserved!!
J.W., 67-year-old administrative specialist with total hip replacement
Thank you so much Mrs. Sadow for everything you and your team did for me. I hired Mrs. Sadow shortly after I had lost my warehouse job due to a knee injury. When I first sustained the injury, I did everything in my power to work through it for fear of losing my job if I took time off work for surgery. My knee constantly gave out on me at work and I was told by the doctor that I had no choice but to get the knee surgically repaired. As soon as the doctor released me from work my company fired me. I was not given any instructions on how the workers comp process would work, if I would be eligible for rehire, or even how to continue getting medical benefits. Even the Doctor I was dealing with seemed to word things very much to my now ex-employer’s benefit rather than to mine. I felt as though nobody was in my corner or had my back in this whole process. That all changed though the second I hired Mrs. Sadow to represent me. She put me in touch with the best doctor and physical therapy team out there who actually care about you and your progress. They understand the hardship you are going through. She and her team took over every aspect of dealing with the insurance adjuster and made sure that I received everything that I needed in a timely fashion. Once I hired Mrs. Sadow she handled everything. It felt as though I was no longer backed into a corner by my ex-employer and their insurance company. With Mrs. Sadow now in my corner I felt as though I had the upper hand and the whole process went very smoothly from that day forward. She and her team provided comfort and assurance in a very difficult time in my life. I am very thankful for her and her team and everything they did for me. If anyone should find themselves going through this type of hardship in life I would highly recommend Mrs. Sadow. I obtained a very nice settlement and finances are no longer a concern as I search for employment elsewhere.
J.P., 28-year-old machine operator with knee injury
"Thank you so much for standing up for me during this long, aggravating process! I am very lucky to have you on "my side" during this entire, grueling ordeal. You have helped me get much needed medical treatment approved. Without you, I would have been totally "lost" during this battle with the w/c insurance company and denied much needed diagnostic tests and treatment. I can't say thank you enough! And I appreciate Brandy and Reba being there for me as well. They are very professional as well as personable. They both treated me with much needed compassion! I have so much respect for you and your staff!"
S.W., 42-year-old dental hygienist with back, neck and bilateral knee injuries
"Thank you for what you do and all your help. Just talking to you, Mrs. Sadow and the rest, y'all are all really nice people and pleasant to talk to. I am glad I came across Mrs. Sadow's website, to have people who really actually care about us as people, (the ones hurt) and not as a cash box. I know a lot of lawyers who won't talk to their clients much when they call or need something, but you all are always there. I greatly appreciate that. I tried to go as far as I could without getting a lawyer because of where I work. I've been there about 14 years. Anyway, thank you and everyone for being there at a phone call away or an email away. I really didn't know how this would work with me being over 250 miles away. But it has, I'm glad."
W.J., 44 year-old helper in car industry with knee injury
"I hired Susan over the phone. She was in Atlanta and I am in South Georgia over 4 hours away so it was over a year before I was able to meet her in person so I had to put my trust in her and her team (an Amazing Team). Susan and her Team were able to get me the money I deserved from the accident I had at work."
T.J., 30-year-old veterinary assistant with shoulder injury and complex regional pain syndrome
"We hired Susan Sadow after my husband had been hurt on the job. He worked (for 22 years) for a large, Atlanta based delivery service (think "Brown"). After his 3rd surgery, this company did everything in their power to get him to QUIT, although his injury was through no fault of his own. Eventually he realized he was not going to be able to continue working in his capacity with the company. They refused to offer any accommodations, and refused to offer an alternate position. (Remember, he had been there 22 years and had received many commendations for outstanding performance/service.) Over and over, they did everything to suggest that it was my husband's fault. It became clear that we would have to get legal counsel in order to receive an equitable outcome, and we called Susan. From that first contact, she was wonderful. Warm, encouraging, and also very realistic in telling us what to expect during the process. She was able to get my husband a nice settlement and he is now able to recover and recuperate without worrying about finances. He is also happier and more relaxed than I have seen him in years. I would recommend Susan without any hesitation at all. She knows the law, knows the WC industry, and knows how to get a case settled! Thank you Susan!"
R.A., 49-year-old driver with back injury
"I highly recommend Susan's practice and her entire staff. I feel you were really personal and cared. Also, it was refreshing to have an attorney who is very straightforward and honest with you about your case. I thank you all for your help and helping me get my W.C. case resolved! Best Regards to you all!!"
D.B., 58-year-old bio-lab technician with back injury
"I am grateful for what Susan Sadow and her staff have done for me. I injured myself at work. My treatment was delayed. After I was told that I fractured my ankle, I saw a WC doctor who said I had a bad sprain. After being persistent and continuing to inform the doctor that I was in constant pain, I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon who, unfortunately, believed the medical records his colleague placed in the system. I continued to fight with the doctors about the pain I was feeling. Finally I had an MRI which showed some damage to ligaments and tendons. I was scheduled for surgery within 3 weeks. I had the surgery and 3 weeks later the doctor was sending me back to work but I couldn't walk. I didn't know of any recourse so I started to look for a lawyer. I found the Georgia Super Lawyer website and read the profiles of several lawyers. The one that stood out to me was Susan Sadow! I am so glad that I hired her as my counsel in this matter. I am partially permanently disabled from my injury. I had a rating from the doctor of 15% to my whole body, but when it was presented to Susan, she realized that the rating should have been to my lower extremity and the doctor changed it to 37%. That increased the value of my rating by more than $15k. I have medical for life and I still have my job! Thank you Susan!!!!"
K.M., 36 year-old customer service agent with ankle injury
“I would like to thank Susan and "the Supremes" for being a dynamic force on my husband's case and in my life. We came from counsel who was very slow to answer and ultimately, required that I did all the footwork on the case. My stress levels were on overload, and I was left to deal with things that could have compromised my husband's case. I am so grateful that God led us to the direction of Mrs. Sadow. She and her team have accomplished more in the past few weeks, than our old counsel accomplished over the last 6 months. Susan gave us very clear directions from the first day we met with her, with my favorite being, "send everything to my office and we'll take care of it." What a load off my shoulders!! I am so happy that I am now able to focus on helping my husband cope with his injury and healing, without the worry of whether or not things are being taken care of. Susan Sadow is without a doubt a "Power Attorney" and her staff is incredible. We finally have someone that we wholeheartedly TRUST in our corner!”
L.K., husband is 36-year-old production worker with crush injury
“Susan, I would just like to thank you for your time, compassion, support and hard work you showed while working on my case and getting it settled. You took the time to explain in detail the process of workman's comp and gave me enough information to refer back to when I had a questions. Thank you.”
T.A., 37-year-old customer service rep. with hip and back injuries
"Susan J. Sadow and her professional staff was a blessing to me while going through a tough journey in my life. Miracles can and do happen. Believing in the impossible can be some of your darkest days; but when I retained Susan J. Sadow she lifted the stressful days that were to follow while going through the Workers’ Compensation process. I would like to say Thank you, Susan and staff for your dedication. If you’re looking for an awesome attorney who will go to battle for you then you found the right person just give Susan J. Sadow a call. I highly recommend her legal services.”

D.D., 44-year-old food server with shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries
"I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me. I know that I am not the easiest person to work with or for. But I knew that to have a chance with my insurance company and to be treated fairly I needed a true professional and someone who cares.
You and your staff have many times went far beyond what you had to do. Reba and Brandy have been very helpful. When I was having trouble getting my meds they both fought to get them taken care of even when it was after hours. When the time came to settle the case, Susan fought and got what she knew was fair for me. I was totally and completely surprised by what she was able to do for me. I am for every thankful for everything that you have done for me. You and your staff Reba and Brandy have my most heartfelt thanks."
R.F., 52 year-old hazardous explosives truck driver with total knee replacement
"After being treated poorly by my former employer and their insurance company after being seriously injured on the job I retained Susan as my attorney. Before I hired her I interviewed a few other attorneys and Susan was the only one to answer me honestly during my interview with her. As soon as I hired her, my former employer and their insurance company changed their attitude and the way they were treating me for the better. Susan and her whole staff were professional, caring, and a pleasure to deal with in one of the hardest times in my life. With their direction and guidance I was able to survive financially and emotionally a very difficult time. Susan recently handled my settlement and I must say I am very pleased and received more than I expected to get. I will recommended Susan Sadow to anyone who is in need of a workers comp attorney."
A.H., 35 year-old audit technician with elbow injury
“If you need a reliable attorney for your Workers Compensation case, Susan Sadow is the person to call. You will not be disappointed. There’s not much I can say that hasn’t been said before. Her expertise, knowledge, accessibility and professional manner in which she handles a challenging situation makes her to be in a class of her own. I felt taken care of and well informed during the whole process of my case and at the end brought me a settlement during mediation with better than expected results. Thanks Susan! Now I understand why she has the reputation of being the “BEST WORKERS COMPENSATION ATTORNEY IN ATLANTA” in addition to being highly respected within the professional community.”
M.G., 55-year-old flight attendant with low back injury
“After getting hurt on the job and finding out I was in need of surgery as a result. I asked my employer for their WC insurance phone number but was DENIED the number. So I googled WC attorneys in Georgia and Susan Sadow's website popped up. I called her and told her my situation, she said she could help me AND boy did she!!!!! My hands were tied without her, my rights were denied without her. She is a must!!! God bless her and her staff (Reba & Brandy) for all that they do!”
R.B., 56-year-old manual machinist with shoulder injury
"Thanks to the law office of Susan Sadow for getting a settlement on my injury. I had 3 carpal tunnel surgeries on my right hand over a 5 year period. I was doing alot of repetitive motion as a cake decorator in a high volume bakery. Reba and Brandy are very professional and helpful . I received personal care from everyone in the office and they were all there for me when i needed it most! I think the service they all provide is excellent. I was happy after all the stress of not knowing which way to turn due to my pain and injury. So glad i turned to the W/C office of Susan J. Sadow. THANKS!"
M.A., 50-year-old cake decorator with carpal tunnel syndrome
"I enjoyed having you for a lawyer. I know we have been through a lot in the past. My experience has been a pleasurable one. I will recommend you to anyone that’s looking for a friend as well as a lawyer. I love and thank you for everything that you have done for me."
B.S., 37-year-old sanitation team leader with low back injury
"Susan Sadow and her wonderful team of ladies (Reba & Brandy) make your bad days and nights seem worth living. Susan takes the bull by the horn from day one and tackles your case as if her life depends on it. I have known Susan for 10 years and had the pleasure of watching her grow into the most compassionate attorney this state has ever had. In August 2008, I injured my back at work and no matter what the doctors did to treat me, it just was not working. I have lived with chronic back pain since then. Day & night I live with pain running from mid-back all the way down both legs. Susan helped me fight against workers comp so I could have the surgery I needed. Just as you feel like giving up, Reba or Brandy will answer the phone when you call with some off the wall question. No matter how crazy their day is, they always take the time to listen to you complain and allow you to cry and then some how make you laugh before hanging up. Susan, Reba and Brandy are very professional at what they do. I would stand behind the work these ladies do for each and every client. Thank you for every painstaking moment you all have given me. Lots of love to you. God bless you all for everything you do."
M.M., 43-year-old office manager with back injury
"It is my pleasure to offer this testimonial. A friend who is an attorney referred Susan Sadow to me. Knowing my personality and how I like to be treated personally and with respect, he thought she would be the perfect workers’ comp. attorney for me. He was absolutely correct! The minute I met Susan I was reassured that she was the right attorney. She answered every question with obvious expertise, and took the time to make sure I understood all that I was about to go through. She is very thorough and when I left her office after my first visit, I felt relief for the first time in a year. She made me feel that the weight of the world was off my shoulders. When it came to dealing with all of the people who had been making my life miserable for so long, she knew how to straighten them out and made them do the right thing. We were able to settle quickly and fairly. Lastly, one always hears that a professional is only as good as their staff – and this was no exception. Reba and Brandy are terrific!! They always called back when I left messages and also guided me along the way."
T.H., 58 year-old registered nurse with back injury.
"In May 2009, I injured my knee in a work-related accident. I was immediately referred to Susan's office by another attorney and I can tell you that retaining her services was the single best decision I have ever made. She and the ladies on her staff, Reba and Brandy, are extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. They communicated with me every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I may have had. It is important to know that from the day of my consultation with Susan, Reba and Brandy, through my 2 surgeries and through countless hours of rehabilitation, Susan and her staff were sincerely concerned with the status and quality of my recovery. While this part of the process goes largely unmentioned by other attorneys, regaining - as much as possible - the quality of life that you experienced before the accident is of the utmost importance to Susan, her staff and the highly qualified doctors, surgeons and rehabilitation specialists that she is associated with.
Look, I understand, first-hand, the concerns, the fear and doubt that may consume a person when faced with workers' compensation issues. Let's face it, on a good day life and the choices we make in it can be a little tricky. Second guessing, down the road, only comes into play when we were unsure of the first step. Calling Susan Sadow will be the surest first step you will make in this process. Simply by placing this issue in Susan's hands you will empower her to put her sound expertise to work for you. Allow her to connect you with physicians and specialists that are the absolute best at one thing: getting people better! Because of her professionalism, resilience and determination to achieve the best possible outcome, I have and will continue to recommend her legal services."
E.P., 40 year-old warehouse worker with knee injury.
"Susan was GREAT. I found her in early April 2010 and she worked me in the next day and I had a doctor’s appt within 10 days with a top notch doctor!!! The complete process took 10 months. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a W/C attorney. This was my first ever experience with W/C and I hope my last. :-) I have dealt with many attorneys over the last 30 years for many different issues. Susan is a real fire cracker!!"
C.S., 51 year-old office receptionist with shoulder injury.
"Susan is not only honest and trustworthy, but she's extremely dedicated and truly cares about her clients. She will make sure that she knows about every detail about your case as it happens and she often even returns emails/calls within minutes. She is so involved and smart and it's comforting to have an attorney who not only cares, but keeps you so updated w/your case. You can tell that she only has your best interests in mind, unlike so many others who only care about a quick settlement. Her staff is so sweet and knowledgeable too! It's so scary to be involved with workers comp, but when Susan's on your side, you know that she will win the fight every time. Don't let her size fool you, that classy chic can intimidate the biggest of men and do it w/such grace. She has worked major miracles w/my case and given me back hope when I had lost almost everything. Hiring her is the one thing that I have ever done in my life that I've never doubted, so do yourself a favor and do the same. It will put your worries to rest and secure your financial future. Thanks Susan!"
T.T., 34 year-old nurse with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy/SMP.
"Usually when an individual needs to contact a lawyer it can be a time of anxiety and
uncertainty in their life. Susan Sadow and her professional staff were a blessing to me
during such a time in my life. They walked me through my difficult time step by step.
Thank you Susan and staff!!"
F.C., 64 year-old foreman with knee injury.
“My back was injured on the job in 2008 and after one failed surgery and a year and a half of other treatments, the surgeon advised further surgery but the insurance company would not approve it. After I became totally stressed trying to deal with this alone, a friend highly recommended Susan. Not only was she professional and very competent, she also got a much larger settlement than I had even hoped for. Her staff is wonderful also. Do yourself a favor and call her. Deciding to have Susan represent me was the best decision I could have made.”
P.G., 64-year-old salesperson with herniated lumbar discs
“Words cannot express how I am so truly grateful for my workers’ comp. attorney, none other than the greatest of all time, Mrs. Susan Sadow. It was her soft spoken voice, her quality customer service expertise and her knowledge of the law that impressed me to choose her for my attorney. She made sure that my employer did what they were supposed to do with my medical treatment. I was injured in an altercation with a male inmate and this left me unable to perform my job duties as a corrections officer. After we had settled my case, Susan phoned me about Kids’ Chance, Inc. This was truly a blessing for my daughter. Kids’ Chance helped her with a scholarship to attend school and to purchase her books. My daughter is doing exceptionally well and I appreciate Susan for doing such an outstanding job.”
C. C., 46 year-old corrections officer with shoulder injury.
“I was injured at work and I needed a workers comp attorney to help with my case. Workers comp or the insurance company started to give me hard time and the run around. I had bad experiences with lawyers in the past. However, I am very lucky to find workers comp attorney Susan J. Sadow. Susan was the best of all different attorneys I ever had. She was on the case the whole time. She kept me informed and fought very hard for me. As a matter of fact, she was more concerned about my case than I do. She is very active, energetic and I will miss her a lot. She is nice and friendly and I became to feel that she is family. If you want my advice and if you are injured at work, you need to contact Susan J. Sadow, the best. Susan J. Sadow staff is the best and good to work with. They just keep you informed and fight for you.”
S.I., 51-year-old assistant plant manager with peroneal nerve injury
“It has been my pleasure to have Susan J. Sadow represent me in my workers compensation claim. Susan and her staff have provided professional and expert advice and assistance on all facets of my case. I truly believe that without her help, the w/c insurance company would have continued to string out the process to their favor and not provided me with the settlement I deserved.”
J. F., 36-year-old warehouse manager with herniated lumbar discs
“Having Susan J. Sadow as my attorney has been a most enjoying and fulfilling experience. She is very much qualified and professional and one of the most nicest person I am glad to say I know. I also love that she is honest and precise. Choosing Susan J. Sadow to represent me in my workmans comp case was the best decision. It was such a good decision that she represented me twice.”
W.A., 38-year-old custodian with wrist and elbow injuries
“I was recommended by a friend. My experience with the personnel was first class. Know-how great, always keep you up to date with what’s happening. Very pleasant and I was or am very pleased with the work they did.”
L.B., 63-year-old maintenance technician with herniated cervical and lumbar discs
“How might I say this, what adjectives would apply, or what can be said to explain "PERFECT"? In my 68 years, I have never found, or had others speak of ANY Attorney, no matter what their expertise, that shows their #1 purpose is "THE CLIENT". Me. From the moment Susan said "come in", until "The Settlement", My opinion and my judgement was a part of all she did. Susan does one thing, and she does it better than all others. None other in her field could qualify to park her car. Those of you who seek her services, will have to look "UP" to her when you meet. I now place her on a "PEDESTAL" way above all others.”
T.W., 68-year-old driver with herniated cervical and lumbar discs
“My experience was a very enjoyable and educational one. I learned a lot about my rights as an injured worker. She and her staff were the best in keeping in contact with you and left you knowing what’s going on with your case. I would fully recommend her to anyone who is involved in a work related injury. I’m so happy I found a lawyer who cares about you and not just the case. THANK YOU for everything!”
T.B., 30-year-old merchandiser with bulging lumbar disc
"I was a tractor trailer driver and during one of my runs, I was involved in an accident where the road caved in and caused my rig to overturn. I sustained a permanent injury to my right shoulder. The company and its doctors said that I was able to work and I tried to, however, the injury was so painful that I requested a second opinion. I obtained that opinion from a specialist who, after MRIs and exercise, determined that I was limited to a 10 lb push/pull/lift work status. After 6 months of workers compensation and no improvement (unless surgery was performed with doubt of its outcome), the workers compensation department decided that they wanted to make me an offer. I considered the offer, not feeling very good about it, and that's when I knew something was "not right" and that I needed legal help. A friend of mine referred me to Attorney Susan J. Sadow. This was the best decision my wife and I had made. After our first meeting with Attorney Sadow, our minds were relieved as we knew we were in competent hands. Attorney Sadow immediately went to work on my behalf and my settlement was almost twice what the company had offered to settle with me and Attorney Sadow made sure that my medical benefits for the injury stayed intact and is covered. My testimony is: if you sustain an on-the-job injury, don't go it alone and try to handle it yourself, contact Attorney Susan J. Sadow and let her take it all the way. She is very professional in all of her dealings and so is her staff. Thank you Attorney Sadow!"
J.S., 74-year-old truck driver with right shoulder and ear injuries
"With all I had been through with being injured on the job and dealing with a not-so compassionate insurance company I felt hopeless. Finding my worker's compensation lawyer Susan Sadow was a blessing in disguise. I was very comfortable with Susan and her staff, like I was part of the family. Susan made it her business to keep me posted on my case; making me feel even more positive and confident within this law firm. The settlement I received shows the hard work and diligence Susan and her staff exhibited while fighting for what I deserved. I will refer anyone in my situation to the Law Office of Susan J. Sadow. Thanks again so very much!"
C.L., 43-year-old truck driver with neck, back and shoulder injuries.
"I was a single mother who worked for the same government for over 18 years and was hurt on the job. It was devastating to say the least. I had taken a class a few years ago and heard Mrs. Sadow speak at a class and was very impressed. A friend of mine had used her and it took one call and from there, she took control and made sure my best interest was taken at heart. It wasn't about the money but my health and my well being and being treated fairly. Not one time was she never available. She always returned the phone calls and her entire staff was extremely pleasant and on top of everything. I can't imagine going through this without Susan and her staff! She made this as painless as could be and was supportive emotionally and when it came to settlement time, she was fearless. Don't let her small size fool you. She knows the answer before you can ask the question. She fights to the bitter end for you. And that's what you need in workers' comp. She is the best!!"
L.P., 43-year-old law enforcement clerk with herniated lumbar discs.
"I am a Police Officer who was injured on the job while an inmate decided he wanted to fight with me. Although I am 6'2 282 pounds, I still managed to sustain injuries. Ms. Sadow met with me and was straight forward with me on each and every question I asked. Through the process of working with her, she was always available to answer all phone calls, check on my weekly checks, deal with any and all problems with the Dr. office, workers comp people and any issues with medicine. Which left nothing for me to have to worry about during a critical time. As an officer I have to have my shoulder and hand to protect myself and others. My career was on the line. She made sure I had the BEST care in the medical field available to me. She is the most trustworthy, dependable and honest attorney out there. I have met many attorneys and that is all I've been around being in Law Enforcement for over 23 years. Thank you Susan, you saved my arm and my career!"
S.S., 43-year-old police officer with shoulder impingement and neck injury
"Susan J. Sadow and her office staff gave me a great experience and exceeded all expectation of getting me quality care and wage for my workers' compensation case. They were very knowledgeable and professional at all times. I would refer anyone who wants great and friendly service to hire Susan J. Sadow and her wonderful staff to get the job done."
M.T., 32-year-old laborer with eye injury requiring a corneal transplant
"I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you working so hard on our behalf. I remember the first day I called your office and spoke to Reba and Brandy. I was so broken at that point and I felt not only helpless but hopeless, but I must say that after speaking to your office staff and then meeting with you in person for the first time at The Shepherd Center, this overwhelming sense of peace came over me knowing that with your knowledge, experience, and expertise our future would be secure. I can't thank you enough. You've played a huge part in my husband's recovery by allowing us to focus on his getting better and our children and not all of the legal mumbo jumbo. Thank you for all that you do both seen and unseen. God Bless!!!"
N.P., 37-year-old operator who suffered toxic exposure to liquid natural gas
"Susan J. Sadow and her staff provided me with excellent representation throughout my workers' compensation case. My claim was processed timely and her staff was very supportive in all of their endeavors. After reading Susan's profile, I quickly summarized that she would work diligently to represent all of the residents of this state who have suffered unfortunate injuries and would need legal representation. There is no doubt that she is the best attorney in the State of Georgia for workers' compensation! I do recommend her legally and personally."
P.J., 42-year-old hospital nurse with shoulder injury
"I was injured at work and I needed a workers comp attorney to help with my case. Workers comp or the insurance company started to give me hard time and the run around. I had bad experiences with lawyers in the past. However, I am very lucky to find workers comp attorney Susan Sadow. If you want my advice and if you are injured at work, you need to contact Susan Sadow, the best. Susan Sadow staff is the best and good to work with. They just keep you informed and fight for you."
S.I., 51-year-old assistant plant manager with peroneal nerve injury
"It has been my pleasure to have Susan Sadow represent me in my workers compensation claim. Susan and her staff have provided professional and expert advice and assistance on all facets of my case. I truly believe that without her help, the w/c insurance company would have continued to string out the process to their favor and not provided me with the settlement I deserved."
J. F., 36-year-old warehouse manager with herniated lumbar discs
"Having Susan Sadow as my attorney has been a most enjoying and fulfilling experience. She is very much qualified and professional and one of the most nicest person I am glad to say I know. I also love that she is honest and precise. Choosing Susan Sadow to represent me in my workmans comp case was the best decision. It was such a good decision that she represented me twice."
W.A., 38-year-old custodian with wrist and elbow injuries
"I was recommended by a friend. My experience with the personnel was first class. Know-how great, always keep you up to date with what's happening. Very pleasant and I was or am very pleased with the work they did."
L.B., 63-year-old maintenance technician with herniated cervical and lumbar discs
"How might I say this, what adjectives would apply, or what can be said to explain "PERFECT"? In my 68 years, I have never found, or had others speak of ANY Attorney, no matter what their expertise, that shows their #1 purpose is "THE CLIENT". Me. From the moment Susan said "come in", until "The Settlement", My opinion and my judgement was a part of all she did. Susan does one thing, and she does it better than all others. None other in her field could qualify to park her car. Those of you who seek her services, will have to look "UP" to her when you meet. I now place her on a "PEDESTAL" way above all others."
T.W., 68-year-old driver with herniated cervical and lumbar discs
"My experience was a very enjoyable and educational one. I learned a lot about my rights as an injured worker. She and her staff were the best in keeping in contact with you and left you knowing what's going on with your case. I would fully recommend her to anyone who is involved in a work related injury. I'm so happy I found a lawyer who cares about you and not just the case. THANK YOU for everything!"
A friend of mine referred me to Attorney Susan Sadow.
I will refer anyone in my situation to the Law Office of Susan Sadow. Thanks again so very much!"
C.L., 43-year-old truck driver with neck, back and shoulder injuries
L.P., 43-year-old law enforcement clerk with herniated lumbar discs
"Susan Sadow and her office staff gave me a great experience and exceeded all expectation of getting me quality care and wage for my workers' compensation case. They were very knowledgeable and professional at all times. I would refer anyone who wants great and friendly service to hire Susan Sadow and her wonderful staff to get the job done."
M.T., 32-year-old laborer with eye injury requiring a corneal transplant
"When I first contacted Susan I was at a point where I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. I was being told by one doctor that my hip couldn't be fixed and then another was telling me that I needed a difficult operation with a long and drawn out recovery time, this is after being laid up for over 6 months. After our first meeting I knew she was the best person to handle my case. She and her staff of Brandy and Reba took charge of my case and brought it to a very happy conclusion. They kept me informed of how things were going the whole way. I never had a problem getting them to answer my questions, or getting my calls answered. I believe I couldn't have found a better attorney to handle my case and would recommend her to anyone. Susan thank you for everything."
